Denny's, Columbus OH

We were sat and ignored for more than 5 minutes.not even a hello be right with you.when waitress did finally come to our table to take order, she informed us the kitchen was slow and would take a while.we left.

Never answer the phone. Have plenty of signs that say open 24/7 but you pull up and its dark inside like no one is working. But they have cars parked out front like people are inside. To many bad experiences with this place.

One time I came here, they sat me down, then nobody came for 30 minutes to even take a drink or anything so I left. At that point an apology is not going to cut it, I don’t want to give them money at all.

Nice place to eat. They need more staff to seat guests and staff the check out counter. Waited over 15 minutes to pay our bill. Food was good.

I usually drive through to pick a friend up when she gets off work there! She says the foods pretty good! I will try soon and adjust the 3 stars if needed. AND WE TOOK A STAR AWAY! ITS BARELY EVEN MEHHHHH OR OK!

The food was good. The restaurant was clean. Our waitress was a little slow and not attentive enough to suit me. I have high expectations.

Apparently when you order an appetizer that means it comes out with the meal! Then our waitress had to wash dishes so she stopped taking care of us. Then we ordered the hushpuppies and waited for 20 minutes for them, then when we cut into them they were raw!

Had my birthday breakfast for free. Very awesome deal. An a customer randomly bought me a gift card here as well

I gace it 3 stars because the lady who took my to go order was such a sweetheart. The food on the other hand was awful. And the place is kimda hard to find late night because its in a plaza.

Server was great, they just need to plan way better for dine in customers, Uber eats is great, but not when I'm dining in it should not take me an hour and a half to get my appetizer. I got here at 11, it's now 1258 and I don't have my food. #Dennys #TerribleService #NeverAgain

The staff was fantastic along with the food. Our waiter was polite and very friendly I would want him to be our waiter again the next time we come to Columbus

Service was good overall, minus a couple of hiccups. Our waiter took my order wrong, but blamed it on me. Other than that, the hearty breakfast sausage was very dry-one end was so dry that it was like tough jerky. The egg whites weren't fully cooked around the yolks. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, though.

I had the veggie omelette and it was delicious, really delicious! It was served with my choice of several breads for toast and choice of potatoes. I choose crispy home fries. I loved that it had large chunks of both summer and zucchini squash, mushrooms, and tomatoes. The food was hot when it arrived at my table. The service was great. The restroom was clean. The dining room was bright and cheerful. It was very happy experience.

Ordered 10 Milk Shakes to be delivered through Uber Eats, order was suppose to be delivered by 1: 50am however Denny's decided to take way longer than expected, not informing our driver of the issue, when attempting to call Denny's not one single soul picked up the phone after many attempts of just allowing the phone to ring!

My wife and I are vegan and went on Christmas day. The chef was really awesome and made sure to hook us up with some great vegan options.

We went here late at night for the first and were so impressed. It's the newest one in Ohio and interior was so modern. Our greeter and our server were really nice and just like every other denny's, the food was good. I was really surprised with the design inside.

Service has been excellent. Food is what you would expect from a chain diner. It is not very old but the booths already have torn seats. Still a decent enough place for a hot quick breakfast and plenty of coffee to fuel conversations.

I work nights. Ordered online. Food was delivered hot but nothing ordered was correct. When we called the night shift manager he acted as though we were lying to him about how the meals were prepped. He refused to remake the food or refund the money. 10 ppl ordered and the bill was 115 dollars! Had to go in and speak with the general manager the following day. Provided pictures of entrees and was given a full refund. Because of the general manager I gave two stars and not one.

Got a burger there, unbelievable the size of it. It was huge! Service there were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended

Ordered 2of the santa fe very disappointed. The amount of food barely covered the dish. The manager said its a full 5 ozs which is considerbly small amount for thw price. He did though take the prices the bill. Infact we didnt have to pay at all. The server kept apologizing which wasnt his fault so we tipped him close to what the bill would have been. Wont be back
