Dental Reflections Dublin

Hands-down, best dentist I've had in 30 years. Used to have crippling dental anxiety, but they're so kind and patient. Greeted by name, they know to hand me a stress ball and talk me through my procedure. I've gotten 3 or 4 people to start coming here.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this dentist is scamming you and your insurance out of money. I called in for a cleaning after confirming with my insurance that this dentistry was in-network. I had the cleaning, and then after the cleaning the dentist said that I had 7 cavities. I have never had that many cavities on my adult teeth, so I was suspicious already. But then when I saw they were holding me responsible for over a thousand dollars on fillings when my insurance covers fillings at 100%. Come to find out that this dentist is not in-network with my insurance and that is why they were billing me for so much. After asking many times, I finally got them to disclose that they are not in-network after asking before scheduling, once I arrived, and upon leaving, and that they were balance billing me for the difference that my insurance isn't paying. Balance billing is already an ethically questionable practice, but I digress. I told them I would be enrolling with a different dentist in network. I had this dentistry send my records including x-rays to the new (in-network) dentist, and he told me that my teeth are perfectly healthy and none of the teeth that my dentist marked for fill have actually become tooth decay yet. The new dentist told me I was good to go, but try and do a better job flossing in the back of the mouth, and told me he didn't need to see me for another six months. This place over prescribes treatment in order to get more of your money, by drilling your teeth when they are still only suspicious and capable of self-healing through mineralization. If they slam you with a huge treatment plan, and you aren't feeling any symptoms, go get a second opinion and save yourself some money.

In response to the owners reply: I forwarded the exact X-rays that the dentist at this facility reviewed, and the new dentist made completely different determinations based on the same x-rays. Also, I am unique in that I have excellent dental that covers all recommended services. And I double checked with my insurance, and they cover at 100% co-insurance even out of network. Your are balance billing. Don't lie. Your motivations are to maximize profits by over recommending services. If your care was patient-centered it would follow the best practice minimally invasive dentistry guidances, not the "see dark spot fill" profit centered school of thought.

I would highly recommend this dental practice! Today was my first visit, everything went very well. Mary is a great Dental Hygienist, my cleaning was fast, thorough and painless! Dr. As-Sanie is very friendly and professional.

This practice deserves 10/5 stars! I feel listened to here and have never felt pain or discomfort during my cleanings or fillings. They work to make you comfortable and give you a great experience every time. I highly recommend this practice and LOVE the staff!

Very unprofessional. Did not let us know we would be responsible for $250 for a simple cleaning. They are threatening to send us to collections if we don’t pay now. I’ve never had to pay for a cleaning.

Really like this office. Not that I’m ever excited to head off to the dentist but this is a group of very kind and caring humans. For a family with a good amount of dental anxiety, it is very reassuring to know that an appointment won’t be an uncomfortable experience. They will go to great lengths to make sure you are comfortable while you are under their care. Top of the line care.

The staff just goes above and beyond. They remember us from visit to visit and it makes the kids feel excited to go to the dentist. Crazy to say but it’s true! One hygienist even taught my middle dude to snap his fingers during the visit! Plus it’s clean, covid safety precautions, and text reminders day before, and bonus no long wait time for actual dentist!

Dr. Rudi and their hygienist staff are so welcoming and gentle. After going to another dentist for years closer to my home, I sought out another dentist to see after mine retired. I genuinely look forward to my visits here and trust Dr. Rudi’s recommendations whole heartedly. Their office is convenient to get to and they are opening a brand new location this winter that I’m looking forward to as well!

I always have such a great experience at Dental Reflections in Dublin. Everyone is so kind and always does everything in their power to make me feel as comfortable as possible. And the technology and tools they use in the office is fantastic.

Miriam was so wonderful as my dental hygienist. She is very gentle with my sensitive gums. Everyone is so nice also!

Dental reflections is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! They are gentle and caring and go above and beyond to make your dental experience as good as possible, especially if you are nervous or uncomfortable at the dentist. In addition to being great with adults, their team is also fantastic with children and helps facilitate a positive cleaning experience for your kids. My kids absolutely love coming to dental reflections Dublin! I highly recommend them for kids and adults!
