2The staff is amazing. Kathy was so polite. She gave me a peace of mind at a time of me feeling so helpless. My 4 year old boy got dental work. Was fast and they just were so friendly. The anesthesiologist was amazing. Hands down i would recommend to anyone.
I hate to give this place only one star but that is all because of the coordinator Kathy. She was over the top rude when talking to her about what I should expect with my young daughter who has an anxiety disorder. She has horrible "bedside" phone manners and couldn't answer questions but made me feel like I should know. Also made comments that were way over the top to put the fear of God in me but did not need to be that way.
Billing was awful. She ran a credit card that I told her to void for the surgery instead of running it on the credit card I gave her instead or calling me to ask which Credit card she should bill.
Dr. Nyugen was amazing and I feel bad that they have Kathy who seems to be the person that people need to talk to because she is bringing the place down which is a shame.
