First time I can say, I LOVE MY DENTIST AND HIS STAFF!
Dr. Zachary Rodriguez, is a very caring and patient. He stays with the problem until resolved. I have been seen in this office for the pass two years and he and staff have made me feel they are working in my best interest. Keep up the Great Job.

My appointment was right on time, what I needed done was accomplished in a professional manner. All the personnel I interacted with were professionals. In, out and away I went. I would reccomend them to any one looking to have dental work done.

Dental works has been my dental care place for the past 2 yrs. They are great. I totally recommend.

It was a very good experience, everyone was very friendly, did their job and was happy doing their job!

I had an tooth emergency that was infected and needed to be pulled! Everything was taken care of that day. The staff and dr Rodriguez were great! They all kept me calm and relaxed! Dr Rodriguez explained everything to me and explained everything to me in a way I understood. He has no became my permanent denist! Thank you for all you did for me!

Dental assistant was the greatest, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Rodriguez explained my treatment plan and I agreed. He was very patient and kind. I definitely will return.

My 13 year old son went to get his braces. I had to talk with the Orthodontist on my son's cellphone, Dentalwork cannot use their own phone and they rely on the kids phone. Went back home and of course the wires are bothering him because of sharp edges. So with luck they will see him right away and won't expect him to deal with the pain until they have an opening. On top of that we were charged $10 for the employes masks and gloves. I never heard of such thing. Orthodontist is very good and caring, but Dentalworks as company is the worst. They are terrible with appointments also. Very disappointed. Just an update, the$10 have to be paid everytime we have an appointment, even just for follow ups.it's not fair that we have to pay for their supplies. My son has been dealing with their Orthodontist for a long time, so we are stuck with them. Once his treatment is done, we are not going to this place ever again.

Always great! I cannot say enough good things about this office. We need to clone them and put them everywhere. I have never had a bad experience. Zach, you are the man!

Had a great experience with Dr. Rodriguez and the whole staff. I usually go to the N. Olmsted office but they had no appts.for 2 weeks and I couldn't wait. The Avon office got me in the next day and they were very kind and helpful with the whole situation.

Although I had to postpone my procedure everyone was helpful in getting my script and rearranging this visit.

Wasn't told prior to visit of form to sign regarding high risk of COVID. Wasn't told until in chair I would be charged $10 for protective ware. I wore a mask. NO ONE except dental hygienist and dentist had any mask on. For that charge.didn't even get my usual free toothbrush or a receipt!

The dentist and the staff were the best! They are kind and very helpful. Most of all they listen to you. I really appreciate that.

The workers are all professional and concerned about you. They are polite and done in a timely matter.

Always very friendly, and they take an active approach to your overall dental health. We starting going because they accepted our insurance, but continue going because of the care.

HORRIBLE! Be careful for the price that they give you. They gave my brother a price before the procedure and then after the procedure they charged even more because they did couple other things without asking for permission. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Great staff! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Very clean, bright office. Quick service with insurance already set to go upon check out. Love my smile and love my dentist!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience every time I go to Dental Works. From the front desk on, everyone is friendly, courteous, and very good at their job. Dr. Rodriguez is not only skilled but takes great care for my comfort to ensure a great experience.
