This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Due to poor experiences with other dental facilities, I was very anxious about getting my teeth cleaned. My hygienist, Dawn, was amazing. She was gentle, eased my concerns, gave me a lot of very helpful information, and checked in with me frequently throughout my cleaning. Highly recommend!

Very polite and friendly staff. Very informative and thorough examination. An ober all pleasant experience.

Not only did I receive excellent care, but I had to bring my one year old son with me. Whom of course got bored after a while. The staff played with him, pushed his stroller around, gave him toys and a tooth brush too. Way to go above and beyond.

This was my favorite dentist office to visit until Saturday. I had broken tooth and an abcess, I told Shaniqua the dental assistant that I've been taking a lot of Ibuprofen for the pain, and the pain was in my neck and jaw. I had NO temperature when i had it taken. She told me t go to the ER for antibiotics and get checked for COVID.it's was a bad infection.i went to the Garfield Hts location. I will be going there from now on. Dental Works in Parma can EAT their bill.

I'm a cash customer and their prices are very reasonable. Dr. Shah is awesome, friendly and very upfront regarding pricing. Very pleased with how I was treated, and they took me in short notice. Will definitely be back!

The staff are all super friendly and compassionate. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. The office is remarkably clean as well!

Very Friendly environment plus the staff actually will talk to you like a person and get to know you. Here you aren’t just a patient your actually someone to them. Highly recommend you to try this Dentist Office and see for yourself.

Really great staff! I went in having not been to the dentist in 7+ years and they didn’t judge me, they fixed up my teeth and Gave me supplies to make sure my mouth healed right. They also made me up a dental plan to get braces finally and scheduled me the appointment since I wasn’t eligible for Invisalign! They made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Dentists don’t have to be scary 100% reccomend!

High quality care, I took one of my family member to Dr. Mustafa Alani, and he’s the best dentist that we’ve ever seen. He’s very professional in his career. Thanks Dr. Mustafa.

Every single time I am there I wait about an extra half an hour to be seen and then when they finally bring me back they are not prepared and I end up waiting even longer in the chair.

I had my teeth cleaned by Dali, she was so gentle and she’s so nice! I had my 6 month old baby with me and the whole staff was very accommodating. No one likes going to the dentist, but they made it a great experience!

I'll put this review very simple due to thier lack of scheduling ability and staffing problem I haven't had my braces touched in over 12 weeks, they should be tightened and changed every 4-6 weeks. So let me share a picture of what happens when dental works in Parma doesn't do the job they are paid out of pocket to do. To make matters worse I haven't had a wire or bands on the bottom teeth in 4 weeks.

I was overcharged by around $500.00. I called numerous times and even wrote a letter, no response. Last week I called the insurance and they called Dental Works, I was on a three way call with them trying to get an explanation about where the $500 bill is coming from, they were supposed to call me back that afternoon. This was more than a week ago, never heard from them. Very bad customer service. I had an extraction and two crowns and everything is very clear about what the insurance paid and what I paid. I'm very pissed off right now

Everyone was professional, accommodating, helpful and kind. From the receptionist, to the hygienist Dali and Dr Shaw, thanks for a great experience! Would highly recommend!

Love this office.everybody is very friendly and knowledgeable. I always get an explanation to every procedure that I can understand. Love getting the txt msg to remind me of my appointments and if for any reason my appointment needs to be change they call me ahead of time.because of my insurance it took me like a year to find a good dentist office that met all my dental needs and so far I think I found the best for me and my family.

Nothing but a bunch of professional liars, cheaters, and thieves! They owe me almost $1000.00 in refund money going back to august 2017 and refuse to give it to me!

The staff here is every nice and professional. Plus they have late and weekend hours which helps a lot with my work schedule.

Way down hill from when they were located in sears, not sure if it’s new management? Simply put I would not recommend going here to anymore.

I have been going here since it was in the old sears, very disappointed in the new place, don't know if its the manager or the whole company thats upsetting. I don't know how such rude people could be allowed to work in a professional field such a dentistry. I was a patient of doctor shah who is great! The past two times she was not there and i was stuck seeing the male doctor. I came in because i had a slight toothache and wanted to make sure everything was okay.the inexperienced assistant took about 5 X-rays before finally getting the area that was needed to get then deleted all the other ones she took before getting the doctor as if to hide how many she took because she new too that she messed up. Then the doctor comes in and pretty much ignores my problem altogether and instead is rude and tells me how terrible my teeth look. Trying to sell me some product he says my teeth are pretty badly messed up and could benefit from this product, his assistant is standing there in agreement. IN MY WHOLE LIFE A PROFESSIONAL HAS NEVER SAID SOMETHING SO RUDE AND NEGATIVE TOWARDS. That is not how you sell a product that is how you lose a customer. The next time I went in was for a cleaning and he was the only doctor and i refused to see him, if i return i will be sure to call ahead of time to make sure dr shah is there
