Worst dental experience ever. Too bad they don't have negative stars. The dentist put a pokey thing right in the middle of my canker sore. That was some pain right there. Went in for a cleaning, but they refused because I wouldn't allow them to "gap" my teeth, which is for me a very painful process. Hygienist said she needed to "gap" my teeth so she would know what type of cleaning to do. I responded that I wanted the tartar scraped off and my teeth flossed and polished, the same type of cleaning I've had for 60 years. Everyone in this office, including office staff are rude, inexperienced, and incompetent.

4 out of 5 stars just because of the 20 min wait time (even with an appointment) but the customer service was great. Clean place and everyone was very professional.

My experience went very well. The whole staff was friendly and great workers. They got me in right away and took my pain away. The cost was reasonable and they will work with you.

Hands down, Dentalworks Reynoldsburg definitely get 5 stars. The process was accurate and awesome, and I'm so I'm love with my new look. I highly recommend this dental team to everyone.

I was in soooo much pain, the doctor took great care of me, checked everything, I feel very comfortable with the staff and best dental doctor!

So as I cried cried cried cried cried while they pulled my tooth I think they did a good job they guy kept sneaking that needle up on me so I wouldn't get scared even more and that a plus. I would go here again!

Like many, I have a fear of the dentist. My fears were quickly eased when I arrived. From the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist all were professional, kind and very pleasant. 5 stars rating and highly recommended.

The staff took their time and explained everything step by step. All my options were laid out!

I love the dental office in Reynoldsburg. The staff is very helpful and extremely nice. I also had a great visit with the dentist himself. He was as general as he could be and concerned about my well being. Can’t wait to visit again. When was the last time you enjoyed going to the dentist. I will always be a patient there and recommend them to friends and family.

Ive always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Dr Patel & the staff here were so nice and professional. My daughter and I received excellent service and their advantage program makes it super affordable even if your uninsured.

After scheduling mishaps they still squeezed me in at the end of the day though they were fully scheduled. Very accommodating.

The staff at Dentalworks Reynoldsburg was friendly and professional. However, I'm rating it 3 stars because of my experience with one of the dental assistants - she was very rude. Since it was my first visit, I had some questions and concerns about their exam process, and she appeared to be quite annoyed. Perhaps it could have been she was ill because she was coughing profusely while working near clients. I was taken aback because of COVID-19 and the high number of confirmed cases, I felt she should not have been at work. Needless to say, that will be my last visit to Dentalworks Reynoldsburg.

I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning in October 2020. At the appointment I received X-rays and was told I have 2 cavities to fill. I did NOT receive a cleaning. This was literally the only service I requested. I was told I also needed some mouth wash to help my sensitive gums. Sat there for an hour and a half and literally only had x-rays done. Apparently they couldn’t get to it? Scheduled another appointment to have the cavities filled AND a cleaning today 11-17-20. Had the cavities filled today, and NO cleaning. At check out I was asked if I wanted to come back a 3rd time next month for the cleaning. Get it together. This is so ridiculous. No I will never come back. Everyone was nice, but how can you schedule 2 cleanings and it never happen, and you want me to come back a 3rd time. NO.

Dentalworks has a new doctor in the house and he is great! Dr. Patel is patient, informative, kind, and knowledgeable. He puts you at easy very quickly. When I told him of my low tolerance for pain, he went out of his way to make sure that I would be comfortable with the procedure that he was preforming.

The staff is wonderful also. They went out of their way to correct an issue that I had and were kind during every step of the way. Kudos to Kris for being so understanding and generous with me and my husband.

I would highly recommend to anyone that’s in the market for a new place to go for dental to check out Dentalworks and Dr. Patel in Reynoldsburg. You won’t be disappointed.

I never had a dentist hygienist that was so rough with cleaning my teeth. She showed no care in the world but made excuses. Never asked if I was ok during the prosecute and patient care was not her concern.

This is the most incompetent dental practice, this place is the definition of incompetence. From the front office staff to the main dentist. My wife had a root canal done here, they messed up on the measurements and now my wife’s crown keeps coming out. My wife called them to explain the situation, the promised her a callback, they never called her back and the crazy thing is that, they won’t answer her calls when she calls them from her number but when she uses a different number, they pick up. Don’t go to this so-called dental practice. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. Thanks

I went in for a cleaning. And I think I got the best specialist! Joshua was amazing! Very attentive to my needs and really funny. No one likes going to the dentist office but I can literally say that I enjoyed my visit!
