Don't check in online it does nothing. 2 hours later after I was told 17 minutes still nothing. Go somewhere else.

5 minutes from home and will gladly drive an hour to any other BMV. I am originally from NY and have zero problems with waiting 3hrs to be seen. It is expected. Time was not even an issue here. The 1st time I went I didn't have proper documentation so that is my fault. I return to be told I need to take an eye exam through a completely fogged up machine that is from 1980. I couldn't even read the largest print on the 1st line let alone the 4th! Yet I can read the ingredients off a can from across my kitchen. Very frustrating and will go elsewhere from here on out.

While the social distancing has been working i was a little disappointed in my experience today. Things happen when people forget you are there. Five people working behind the counter and one working the door. I was one of three customers wearing a mask. The other eight or ten didn't. One behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask. Two behind the counter wiped down their spots after each customer. The others didn't. Then while doing the after close cleaning they joked about how much trouble it was. No biggie I get it. But also no sanitizer in the general area. The ladies were all happy and personable.

With all the changes since corona, these ladies have managed to work out a system that is quick and efficient! Kudos to you all!

We moved back to Ohio from Pennsylvania and of course needed everything. We are so thankful for one stop shopping (including voter registration). Every person we encountered was professional and knowledgeable. This process takes time, and none of it was wasted. Thank you so much.

Had to wait an hour and a half (on a Tuesday morning) after checking in. Everyone was nice and did what was asked about wearing a mask.

They're very efficient and helpful. Not the typical BMV-limbo experience!

If you call, there's a long message before you get to "Press 1 to speak to a clerk". Just press 1 as soon as they start talking.

Absolutely the Worst BMV I've ever been to. The driving instructor was rude. I took my wife for her drivers exam. She failed the exam because the FAT Instructor thought she made a bad left turn, when clearly he couldn't see the road. They are racist. They have done the same for other people that I know. Will never go back to this location. I suggest going to a different place. These instructors here always/mostly fail foreigners the first time.

This is one of the best place to go to renew your lisence. Very fast and very friendly. Dont let a crowd discourage you from taking a ticket. They move very fast. (But you dont feel rushed at the window).

Best BMV experience thus-far. I had put off updating my license and registration and then forgot over the weekend. Living in Columbus and working in Lancaster 9a-5p it is sometimes hard to work out a time to get things done locally. Decided to go here since it was on my way to work. Needless to say the BMV at the Deputy Registrar really impressed me. They opened a couple minutes early and though I was the 7th in line I was in and out in under 20 minutes - even with having to confirm info, do the eye test, pay, get a picture and all that. Very pleasant workers and a good efficient pace. I will definitely be using this as my main BMV from now on.

It is a very nice, spacious building. The wait has never been that long. I prefer this BMV over the one in Pickerington.

They are so super nice here well the Driving instructors are. I had the older gentleman and he made me feel so comfortable while taking my test was nice and chatted the woman instructor was so nice too we cracked jokes while I waited! This one is 10x better than the alumncreek BMV!

Worst BMV I've ever been to. Driving instructor told me to do something they tell you to NEVER do in driving school. Because of it an accident almost occurred.and when the driving test was done and we were in the car parked he Marked me off 5 more points for asking to talk to his boss. He obviously knew he had made a mistake because when I asked to talk to his boss he marked points off and got out of the car super fast and slammed my car door.
