Derek Edward Stone, DO reviews
3IM FRUSTRATED BY THIS OFFICE! I can only have 1 problem at a time? Why can’t we talk about other things I’m worried about?
Dr Stone is Primary Care Physician for both hubby & me. He has jumped thru hoops with me to get the best care possible for recent medical issue. He is very thorough and caring. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I have had lots of health issues over this past year and he always gets me proper referrals when needed as well as proper course of care for all my many ailments. I personally recommend him to everyone in need of Primary Care Physician.
My Mother went in to see Dr. Stone because she was sick. She is 82. He had found out that she had fallen and was concerned about that, so he sent her in an ambulance to the Hospital. He then called me and left a message, but when I called his office back, I was not able to get a hold of him. My mother was tested and released from the hospital with no findings, but now she is bed sick. So I called into Dr. Stone's office and ask for an appointment to see my sick mother. The response was 2 weeks to see the Doctor or week to see another Dr. I find this very sad that when a patient comes in see a Dr for an illness, the Dr finds something else to be concerned about and acts on that, and then does not follow up on the patient on either problem.
