Meghan Jez was WONDERFUL! However, the receptionist was extremely rude; when I gave her my Medicare and Anthem Mediblue cards, she PUSHED them back to me and said, ”We don’t take that! ” She insisted my credit card had been declined when I made my appt. I was not asked to even give credit card info over the phone.
I told this woman that I was a self pay (I knew they do not take Anthem Mediblue.) She CONTINUED to refer to the false credit card decline several times, at her desk which was open to the full waiting room, with comments like “you’ll have to be self pay since your card was denied” I feel she was violating my HIPAA privacy rights.
So sad that this woman is the face of this practice. I already have another dermatologist and will NEVER return.

I called as a potential new patient. I was immediately told they'd need a credit card number to schedule an appointment and the rep continued talking over me. I said, "Can I ask my question first? " I wanted to know if they would give me 30 days to make my payment - we have an HSA and get checks in the mail and then we pay the bill. She continued, "AS I WAS SAYING. " And no, they don't allow you to pay the bill. It goes on a credit card immediately. I don't mind giving a cc number if you allow me time to pay the bill, but don't want to use a cc for my medical care and never have. I don't need to - everything is covered by my insurance and I PAY MY BILLS. Not a good practice for a MEDICAL facility. I called a different practice and they are NOT sticking my balance on a credit card.

I have been a patient of this office for over 7 years & see Dr. Pickup & Ariana Niver, NP for various skin related concerns, cosmetic dermatology & regular check ups. They are always incredibly thorough, knowledgeable & kind. No matter the question/concern I have, I know they will give proper guidance & treatment. My skin has honestly never looked & felt better since implementing their recommendations. I completely trust this practice & am thankful I have found them so I can continue to take care of my skin!

This is an excellent practice. Dr Pickup is very knowledgeable and personable, she takes time to address all your concerns. I have no issue scheduling with any of the physician assistants as they are also wonderful and top notch. Even though this is an extremely busy practice, you feel well taken care of by all the staff who remain professional and friendly from the moment you walk in to when you're checking out. Highly recommend!

I got a hydro facial/dermaplane from Brittany. She was so welcoming, easy to talk to, and did a very thorough job. She explained all the parts of the procedure throughout the process. My skin left with a glow and felt so hydrated. I will be booking this regularly with Brittany.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pickup for over 10 years. She is incredibly thorough and detailed in her treatment. Having even caught melanoma on my leg in the very early stages so it was easily able to be removed with no further course of treatment needed. Additionally she has been able to successfully treat flare ups of rosacea and cystic acne as I got into my early 40’s. Cosmetically she is the best and has helped me maintain a natural look while erasing some of my fine lines and tired eyes. All around great derm with an excellent staff and would highly recommend for young and old. All 3 of my kids are even patients of hers and again has been excellent for their varying needs as well. Polished, professional and knowledgeable in all things skin, hair and nail related.

She spends quality time in the exam room and we never feel rushed. She has quickly diagnosed and treated several skin cancer spots. She is an outstanding physician. I don't understand why this office has low reviews. The staff are professional and courteous. The doctor that I saw was thorough and helpful.
