I don't know what's happening to this place, but I WILL NOT be back.
I took my dog for grooming at 11: 15, said she'd be done at 4-4: 30. Didn't hear from anyone by 5: 15, called and no one answered so I drove there. My dog was on the grooming table. I asked why and was told she wouldn't be done till about 6. I waited, but at 6 she was still on the table and I said take her down, she's done. I asked what was going on she's been there 7 hours and still wasn't finished! I was told THE STAFF HAD ALL QUIT and they were trying to get as many dogs done as possible and it was actually their day off. My appointment for Monday was made 8 weeks ago, how could it be their day off? Then I asked for a reduction in price ($135.00 charge) since she wasn't even finished and was there 7 hours! I was told only the owner could do that and she was unavailable. I said I don't want to pay full price you didn't finish her after 7 hours, and then was threatened they would call the police if I didn't pay! Really? Designer Paws policy says if I'm more than 10 minutes late, they can charge me $25 because their time is important, as is mine. Well guess what - if I applied that to my situation, they would owe me (90 minutes= 9,10 minute increments, total $225). This business is expanding it's footprint at the Westerville location, but I don't know how if all the staff just quit.

Long time client. Disappointed in lack of familiar faces at spa and knowledge of my pet. He came home with a long patch of uncut area and mats on his ears. Not consistent with past service.

Designer Paws staff are friendly and efficient. They are easy to communicate with and they take good care of my pups!

Designer Paws in Westerville is awesome. From reminders of upcoming appointments to following your wishes on your doggy’s cut, etc.they do a great job! And they are always happy to see my Scooby Doo!

Love Designer Paws! Amazing groomers who take great care of your pets while grooming. Very professional and my pups always look amazing. Great staff too who are friendly and always willing to help.

The service at Designer Paws is awesome. The groomers listen and take such good care of my pet. Although it’s expensive, I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pup.

Love designer paws for grooming appointments and walk in nail appointments. They are very gentle with my dogs ankles that can cause him pain. Quick and easy.

Always do a great job with Oliver’s nail trim. Friendly staff, easy to schedule and place is clean.

Love it! Piper did awesome! She loves seeing Cadi and getting tons of love from her. Cadi is the best!

Kayla does such a great job with my Newfoundland. He’s still a puppy and can be a little crazy sometimes but she is so patient and makes him look and smell amazing!

Love this place. My dog doesn’t seem to mind either. She has had Jamie both times and I have been very pleased both times. Wish I would of found Design Paws a lot sooner.

Designer Paws is the best! Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Cadi is our pup’s groomer and she is awesome! We have been with her for a few years now.

Terrible with dogs. A friend of mine was watching my dogs for me and took them to their grooming Appointment and one of my babies foot got fractured at the appointment and all they could tell me is they can’t refund me and they don’t know how it happened.

We’ve been going here several times for our Golden Retriever and they do a great job making him look handsome.
