Dewey's Pizza reviews
19 This was my first time at a Dewey's. Clean place, friendly service, and nice flexibility in terms of half/half pizzas. As a love of garlic I was happy to see both minced and roasted garlic available as toppings (not enough pizza places in Ohio offer garlic). However.
The roasted garlic could best be described as barely roasted. There was no softness to it, each garlic piece required a decent bite as they were still crispy inside. Very odd. I regret not asking them if this was standard. In any case, I would sadly recommend against adding roasted garlic as a topping. God forbid people think this is what roasted garlic should be like.
We really enjoyed our pizza. Love how they let you do half and half so you can try more than one type. Staff was very friendly also
The atmosphere was amazing the wait staff backed the service if your waitress was busy another staff member stepped up to cover it was just amazing service Non-Stop fabulous service the food was amazing I really like their pistachio cheesecake I will be coming back thank you so much keep up the good work I will say that parking is free and at a premium
The pizza was great, the service was amazing and the staff always seemed like they actually wanted to help.would definitely recommend.
We've been here a couple times but it's never been this atrocious. First, the pizza was pretty good and I especially liked the crust which had good flavor. The experience started going downhill when we saw a waitress drop a knife and never pick it back it. I kid you not that the knife was still there when we left. When it was time to pay it took them about 15 minutes to make it to our table to get the money. I still enjoyed the experience but this made us question on going back. The slices were also somewhat small.
Pizza is a thinner, hand-tossed crust and had an awesome taste & texture. The pizza could have been cooked a little more for my liking. Good atmosphere and music.
Love the pizza here, so fresh! Also a very crucial point is that I have never burned the roof of my mouth on Dewey's pizza. They have figured something out here that other pizza places just haven't.
This was my first time ordering from Dewey’s Pizza. I ordered a 13 inch extra cheese pizza and a Cesar salad for take out. Both we’re delicious. The flavor of the pizza is somewhat reminiscent of a NY style pizza. I did not see a parking lot. I parked on the street to pick up my order. Thankfully the street parking is free, but timed. The girl who took my order was friendly and professional. When I picked up my order, same service was received. You may dine in and or outdoors. Their patio is nice and spacious. Decent prices.
My toddler loves watching them make pizza. Very lovely serving staff. Never a disappointment
We had a pizza party there and the staff was more than accommodating to our group! Delicious pies, great drinks and decent prices.
Calzone a work in progress. Would be 5 star if properly filled with ricotta not gummy mozzarella. Too much thick dough at the ends.
We were in Delaware so my husband could I send the OSU football game with my nephew. We stopped there after the game for pizza. Best pizza I have ever eaten
Dewey’s Pizza is one of my FAVORITE places to eat! The staff is so friendly and make you feel at home the moment you walk in. If you’re nearby you must make time to stop in! It’s also the perfect place to take the night off from cooking and order in!
AmaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAaaaaaazing service. Servers were so attentive and kind. Pizza was unique and deliciooooooooooous.
Good, but declining? Giving 4 stars stars because we've had lots of great visits in the past, but service during our last 3 visits has been 2 or 3 star worthy. Will still go because its the kids favorite pizza place, but almost weekly visits are down to every few months. Pizza is very good, and the salads are fresh and excellent.
This place is amazing. Always good food. Had two instance's where something wasn't made right which they caught before bringing my food. They were honest both time's and went above and beyond to make it right, not even having to ask. A+ Customer service, Staff and Management.
Good pizza but not amazing. The flavor is good, toppings are generous. The price of a 17" (extra large) is about right. The Ryan's Inferno with buffalo chicken is very good! I was surprised that the plain pepperoni was just ok. Overall good but I don't really need to eat here again.
They have such great pizzas here! Quality ingredients and the crust is thin. I included some pictures, sorry remembered to take photo after we started enjoying them.
Pretty dang tasty. Great food/service. I took of a star because they served me draft beer in a water glass.
