Shipping fees exorbitant and customer service courtesy nonexistent. I will never deal with these people again.

I purchased a new control board from DF Supply in April 2020. It began to fail due to unknown reasons. I contacted Jeff and he immediately took care of me by sending out a replacement board. Awesome customer service with no hassle and immediate attention.

I had on hand about 20’ feet of damaged aluminum fencing resulting from a tree removal accident and the company responsible covered the cost of the new fencing. I needed 12’ of the same type of fencing elsewhere in the yard and undertook the construction from salvaged parts and additional pieces from DF Supply. The precise diagrams listed by DF made it quite easy to identify the parts needed for the project and the order was processed promptly. The parts arrived on Wednesday afternoon and the ‘new’ fencing was completed Friday morning. The cost of the additional parts was minuscule in comparison to what the fencing company would have charged. I was completely satisfied with the quality and fit of the parts ordered.

I have had nothing but a great experience any time I have worked with DF Supply. Their staff are knowledgeable and quick to help correct any issues that may come up. I'll definitely use them again!

After doing a lot of research on the fencing materials that I needed I priced several vendors ranging from big chain home improvement stores as well as small local places. My wife and I ordered through DF Supply Inc. They were great to work with and Josh got our order to our house in the short time frame needed keeping me updated along the way. I would highly recommend them!

The materials and customer support are outstanding. Joshua Dayton did a fantastic job of fully reviewing my project with me to ensure I got the right materials and later when I had a technical question, he answered my email from his home after work hours. My project was small, an enclosure for our pool equipment with two gates, but I got big project attention and service. The vinyl fencing looks great and I was able to assemble it without any issues. The gate hardware is also first class, well designed and it too installed without any issues. I highly recommend DF Supply for any fencing needs and Joshua Dayton as a superb customer representative!

I live about 700-miles away from these guys, and they just tracked down a hard-to-find product for me. Not only that, they got it special ordered and solved the shipping question for me. Been looking elsewhere for over a month. Great folks to deal with, couldn't be more helpful.

Received my exit wand for my gate opener.and it installed just as the instructions read. The order department was great to work with and answered many questions. PLUS the prices were very good! I'm a happy camper and thinking about ordering a wireless entry keypad next.

DF supply had the odd fence post size parts I needed on hand and delivered them in a timely manner. The sales rep I spoke to on the phone was a little ruff around the edges but all in all he gave me the in info that I needed to place the order. Will shop here again!

I found their product and pricing superior to Carter lumber or any other supply company selling fencing material. They tend to always have split rail and posts in stock

$12.50 shipping and I am 5 mins away in the next city over. Called and asked Brad about it and he said "whatever the web site pulls up is what we charge. It probably covers other things. "

Nothing but great things to say about these folks. Price is fine when compared to the quality of what you get. Our parts arrived sooner than expected and when you call for support they are very helpful.

Awful! They will send you damaged product and not do anything about it. Joe was the sales rep and his customer service is the worst! Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere!

Absolutely awful customer service from a rep named Jim Smallridge. Ordered our lights 6 weeks ago and when I called to research it, he asked me if I wanted to call the manufacture. What? Was curt on the phone with me as if I was the bad guy. Hung up on me as well. Amazing! You have been warned.

I needed an odd chain link fence part, Lowe's had it a little cheaper but couldn't deliver for 2 weeks, and Amazon wanted triple the price that DF quoted. DF delivery took 3 days. Excellent!
