Ashley has always been an amazing piercer! I’ve trusted her with my own piercings for years and today I trusted her with my 5 year olds lobes! Ashley was sweet, patient, and thorough about making my girl feel comfortable. She made the whole experience fun and pleasant. My daughter did great and did not shed one tear (she is very smart and rather mature for her age) and that is partly due to Ashley’s calming demeanor and expertise. Don’t take your kids to the mall or Claire’s where they use awful, gross, damaging piercing guns, wait until they’re old enough and take them to a professional shop like this one! The shop is also clean and classy with beautiful, high quality jewelry options!

I had the BEST experience with Becca and Johnny was Awesome as well. I have gotten tattoos from both and they are very professional while making you feel at ease with the process. Their artwork is BEAUTIFUL with clean lines. I would definitely encourage people to go there for their 1st or 50th tattoo!

Took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced today and Ashley was AMAZING. She explained everything to my daughter and did such a great job. I couldn’t be happier and will defiantly be back for tattoos and piercings.

I have gotten quite a few piercings from Diamond in the Rough, and have NEVER been more satisfied. The people who run/ work here are so genuine and nice! Never had a bad piercing experience either! Definitely will be continuing my business with them! 10/10 for me!

It's unfortunate that's since Felicia left the man that works there now is an absolute jerk. My daughter and I were walked back to the room to change her nose ring. The man had been laying on the table and looked absolutely annoyed about us walking in. He never introduced himself and was rude the whole time. He was shaking so bad I had to ask if he was okay! This just pissed him off further. He then tried to blame my daughter for it! Let me tell you she sat stone still like a champ. I refused to let him touch her further. We purchased the nose ring and left without it being put in place. No piercer should ever shake that bad, let alone act so unprofessional!

Beautiful shop! Very clean and professional. The jewelry is gorgeous and the best quality. Went in for my first ever piercing and felt so comfortable, Zach is the best! All the staff was attentive and knowledgeable! Don't miss out on this shop.

I went with my 6 yo daughter to get her ears pierced by Ashley this evening. I can’t say enough good things! Ashley was so patient, kind and attentive. Her calm, professional demeanor made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. We are so appreciative for giving us such a special, great experience to remember forever. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I've been going to Diamond In The Rough for about a year now for all my piercing and jewelry related needs. They've pierced my snake bites, eyebrows, bridge, vertical philtrim, and a double daith. They've also stretched my septum for me several times.

All of the staff here are wonderful and very nice and I've never had any issues out of them. They offer good advice and wonderful bedside manner while getting pierced. They've always used proper jewelry for my piercings and all of their jewelry is high quality. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Beautiful shop & amazing atmosphere! Had an appointment with Ashley for piercings and my ear turned out BEAUTIFUL! Gold standard of piercings! Micki did my brows and they turned out great and she is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable! Natalie at the front desk was welcoming and easy to talk to as well! Highly recommend:)

I’ve went to diamond in the rough for years, for my nose piercing, my belly button, and three tattoos. Every experience whether it’s a service or just a change of jewelry always comes with exceptional service!

We made the hour trip from Columbus and brought our daughter here for her 7th birthday present to get her ears pierced! She was nervous, but they made it such a easy and quick experience! She literally didn’t even flinch and her piercings are perfect! There hasn’t been any swelling at all! She absolutely loves them! I would recommend anyone to go Diamond In the Rough for any piercings! The staff was friendly and the place was so clean and cute! I was very impressed!

Went there for a nose piercing. Felicia did it, super sweet girl and had the best experience. A couple weeks after tried to set up an appointment to talk to Felicia and no call or text back.nothing. Called the shop with no answer. Also they cancelled my tattoo appointment I had set up. So I don’t recommend them.

I got my nose pierced yesterday by Zach and I love it! I never review but felt compelled because of how great my experience was! The shop is so clean and the overall atmosphere was amazing. Even the girl who greeted me was super sweet. I will never go anywhere else. The effort these people put into customer service and the pride they take in their jobs is just so rare I can't say enough about this place! Thank you!

Everyone at diamond in the rough is super nice and helpful. I come from Toledo everytime just to get tattooed by Bec, she’s incredibly talented and makes a 6 hour session go by like a breeze. I get compliments all the time on the tattoos she’s done and I’d recommend her and this shop in general to anyone!
