Shawn is super helpful and friendly. Always works with you and ensures that we are extremely happy with whatever we purchase. Rings were made to specification and size. Earings were beautiful but the clip was tight he fixed with no extra costs. Always cleans our jewelry whenever we visit the store. We don't buy daimonds anywhere else. Went in for a clean and polish.
Inspection was performed on wedding ring, discovered a broken prong on center diamond.
Ordered new basket and center diamond, wife was very happy with bigger diamond.
30th wedding anniversary was last month.
