Diane Delk Counseling, Columbus OH

I have been battling myself for quite some time and feeling got the courage to go to therapy, making my first visit with Diane Delk. She emailed form to fill out and suggested that they be filled before the appointment. I was not able to fill the forms out by my cellphone so I went to the appointment early in hopes I could do it in person before the appointment. Diane looked at me with the most stale blank face when I walked in. Asked me for my name and told me I couldn’t see her because I had to do the forms before the visit I let her know I couldn’t do it on my phone if I could do it there in the office. Her response was and I quote “This is the first time I’ve ever heard someone say they can’t complete the forms by phone. ” I reiterated again how my phone would not allow me to do it. She told me AGAIN she’s never heard that before and I couldn’t be seen by her. Not once did she suggest to reschedule or even show me how to fill out the forms, needless to say I never returned and since then still have not seeked helped after feeling my absolute worse leaving her office. If you are looking for help Diane is not anyone I would recommend at all!
