16I had a great experience here. It was my first time financing a car but Allen was extremely helpful and did a great job of going through the process with me. He even made sure the car would still be there the next day since I had to come back with a down payment. I didn't catch the finance guy's name but he was just as great to work with. Definitely would recommend this dealership and Allen when you're looking to get a new car.
A lot of places said no on a transmission flush, 2 weeks to 5 weeks but this place said bring it in have you out today.
They ordered the wrong truck twice over a 9 month period, refused to order
the correct one the third time, then left a voicemail to come pick up the deposit, and neither the salesman or sales manager would even explain why they were so incompetent and couldn't order the correct vehicle.
Bought a truck for 8700 put 2000 down. When going over financing guy says I got you gap insurance also. Thinking ok later find out that cost me 1250. Should not need gap insurance with 25 percent down. Basically took my money for nothing read your fine print and do not trust them.

I went in to test drive a Ford Maverick and he sold me on the vehicle on the spot, he's been helping me out with the order process and even adjustments when I decided to make a few changes to the truck.
If only they could let you put 0 stars. This dealership, talking about family values, closed on Sundays and integrity charges over MSRP for their vehicles. After taking a deposit, sitting down for finance, they said their management charges 2000 over sticker on new cars if you don't have a trade in. Steer clear of this place.
Disappointed they did not have the part needed to fix our Ford vehicle. The part is no longer being made by Ford. Had to visit a used parts store to find what we needed to fix the car.
I so wish that there were a NO STAR option.
These people don't care about their customers at all. They are a prime example of the stereotype of car dealerships. They won't even consider working with you to rectify any issues you may have and they will try to tell you "no car dealerships do that". WRONG, because I know of at least 10 off the top of my head within the Columbus area that WILL because they actually care about their customers and their customers perception of their business. It's truly disgustingly unprofessional the way that the General Sales Manager speaks to their customers and about their customers to other employees while the customer is standing right there and can hear it.
Steer clear, there are so many better dealerships in Columbus that actually deserve your business and will treat you right.
Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Recently dropped for collision repair.they had a loaner car ready, I was in and out in 15 minutes.
Appointment was scheduled, I showed up on time, and they did what they promised and scheduled service for next day. Quick and reliable.
Stay clear, especially if its service, mechanical related. This experience has been incredibly draining. We have taken. Ford vehicle to them for warranty related issues of which they proceeded to store in their yard untouched for 4weeks, after the Service Rep highly recommending we leave it as its not safe, upon dozens of phone calls, it was a four hour “fix” of software updates that didn't even remotely come close to fixing the issue, now…. They are telling me they cant get me in for 5 more weeks. They have over promised, lied, drug on, and under delivered to a completely dismal level Im curious as to how they ever have repeat business…. If i could give them negative stars i would. Now we have to start the whole process over. Ford dealership complaint will be filed. Again stay clear, especially if its service, mechanical related.
Was supposed to get my car inspected but was told since it’s not a Ford and I didn’t buy it there then they couldn’t help me and my car had to be atleast 10 years or newer and less than 100,000 miles. Wish somebody would’ve told me before I wasted my time driving there even tho the appointment said they would be able to take care of me. Not cool!
I am a person that believes the customer is number one in any business, especially when you are purchasing a $ 30,000 vehicle. The salesperson and I worked out a fair deal (not great for me), They low balled my trade price. I expected a better deal, after seeing the owners do not put money into the buildings.
I when to the waiting room, ghastly condition, everything was dirty, old couches, dirty kid toys laying about, sitting area is in a busy hall area, the entire building was dirty– even the venting machine was empty. The finance office still had Christmas posters in the windows! (my visit was the end of May).
Staff was somewhat friendly, nothing to indicate they care about me as a customer. During the paperwork I halted the deal, I felt like I was being treated like a second-rate person, I could not image how follow up visits would go. I am 62 and have purchased many vehicles, I have never seen such a run down, low level dealership. I got the impression the owner do not care anything, why would I want to give them my business?
Stopped by this dealership today looking at new cars and was informed that that you had to use their financing, and had to have a trade in with 0 exceptions. I asked them if I was able to purchase the car outright and was informed no you are not. I will not be going back.
Called at 10am said they could get me right in. Showed up at 10: 30. Im still here waiting for them to change 2 tires. Its 2: 10pm
Apparently they didn't want my business. Nobody even tried to follow up with me about information I didn't have with me. So bought my car elsewhere.
