I purchased my daughter's bike here, a year ago and I got the service plan. She had an issue with the gears and the break. Chris and Jonah were both there to help, they took care of the bike, did a whole bike service. Chris is very knowledgeable, worked fast and efficiently and I couldn't be happier! Thanks!

Great selection and will price match. Shoe department staff was informed and helpful without being in your face. Nice and clean.

The staff is amazing, and they are even handicapped put free mask to people who dont have them.

Go to place for sports apparel. Bit pricey at times. Look for coupons and take advantage of the rewards program to get the most bang for your buck

Don't bother going here if you are looking for hunting or fishing gear, they have none at all. If I could give this place -5 stars, I would.

We went in there to go find something and I checked online to make sure they have it there and it says it did, but when we asked they didn’t check to see if they had what I wanted and they just said they didn’t have it.

Superior service every time I shop here. Years ago, their gift cards/online store were operated by a separate company, and I was trying to purchase my son's baseball gear, but the store couldn't accept my $75 gift card. The manager took the $75 off of my total as a courtesy, understanding my frustration. Flash forward a few years, and I purchased my son's bike here, but the tech assembled improperly, so the handlebars fell off while he was riding it. Normally, I would be livid at such a critical error, which compromised my son's safety. However, the manager went above and beyond to make it right, including driving his own truck to come pick it up for the repair, because I couldn't fit it im my sedan, and couldn't get it on the bike rack under the condition. I am a frequent shopper because of the rewards system and the recently added batting cage to test bats. I just wish they offered more outdoor sporting goods, like climbing gear, and sometimes they are understaffed at peak times.

We went in there tonight fully prepared to spend $1,000 or more on an elliptical. We couldn’t get anyone to help us or even look our way. Two associates walked passed us without even acknowledging us when we were clearly testing out and discussing the ellipticals. This is the second or third time we’ve shopped there with poor customer service. We will take our money and business elsewhere.

The layout and signage in the store made it difficult to find swimsuits. Organization of the swimsuits were complicated because there were multiple sizing systems being used and no charts easily accessible to convert the various sizes. 80 dollar swimsuits were mixed with 20 dollar suits. Staff were helpful.

I like that Dick's has pretty much anything I need for golf. From clubs to shoes to tees and everything in between they have it all. The thing stopping me from giving them more than 3 stars is the wait at checkout. I get that 1130 on a Thursday isn't an overly busy time and 1 cashier should suffice. However, every transaction for the 4 people ahead of me required some sort of managerial assistance. None of these folks were buying any high dollar items so I don't understand the bottleneck. Straighten this issue out for the guy using his lunch break to make a purchase and the review is 4 stars plus.

Every time I've walked into this place I have regretted wasting my time even bothering with it. Today was no exception, but I have a $12. ** Gift card I've been trying to use for 2 years and I need insoles. As usual, disorganized as hell and what I needed was not in stock. The shoe department looked like a K-mart in its last days of closing. I will give the card to my boss because his kid gets baseball stuff here. As for me, this is
the last time I will ever consider Dick's for anything.

I was in this Dicks location last night (March 24,2019) and I have previously worked at this location, but the purpose of my visit was to buy and few things to set up a home gym for personal training that I now do professionally. They closed at 9: 30pm, I arrived at 9pm and was very greatful to have assistance from the man upstairs named Bob. Bob was a huge help with getting everything to checkout and helping me lod my carvwith heavy weights. As we walked back knside to return the carts a former colleague of mine named Reed was standing by the door and as we proceeded to ruturn the carts Bob told me that Reed was calling me names and he would not repeat the exact language to me as that was unprofessional. If Reed had a problem with me in the past that is one thing, but to be so petty and unprofessional enough to say those thing about a customer who spent around $500 on equipment and requested no assistance other than what was insisted upon by Bob is very different. Yes by now me and my family will be taking our business elsewhere because of this I have posted this and informed others of this problem. But again on the Bob great man!

Rachel, the floor CSR was very helpful in getting the handicapped dressing room open for me and getting different styles of knee braces for me. Our cashier, Katie, was very sweet. She explained Dick's refund policy, as well as explaining we could order items in the store with free home delivery, or shipped to the store. She also had a coupon for us to use. Very, very nice.

Prices are way too high. If you're looking for anything over 2xl this isn't your place. Mainly an over priced high school style sportswear. I guess big and tall people don't workout or enjoy sports in their minds.

This was one huge Dick's! I mean, like, one of the biggest Dick's I've ever seen! It was massive! Seriously though, I gave it a 4 instead of 5 only because the clearance section was huge a bit of a waste of time. I mean, when it's 10% or less off of stuff that obviously no one wants or it wouldn't be in the clearance section. Michael at the cash register was super friendly.

Waited 20+ minutes at the gun counter. Pushed thee need help button 5 times. No one there to help. Guess I'll spend $1500 on a gun safe elsewhere
