Don't come here for Columbus crew stuff they have nothing even though they are the closest sports store to the stadium downtown. Drove 20 min for nothing!

Had a good experience here. Found some stuff listed below Amazon and Walmart pricing. Found a sale price for a cooler we liked and they honored the price match. Very thankful for the manager behind me checking out to help out the new cashier.

A few employees did ask if we needed help while looking around, everything was super chill. Will definitely shop here again.

Went in looking for swimcaps, and was taken to the correct area, by an associate, just going by.

Found what I was looking for, plus going to try some ear plugs.

Would have loved to get a pair of DSG water shoes, but 11 is their largest size, and they were a bit tight.

Was treated correctly, as I was presenting female.

Recently shopped here for an item they had listed as in stock, however there was no sign of it on the sales floor. Despite that confusion, the staff was friendly and helpful. They communicated my concerns and eventually brought it out from the back. Wasn't fully certain what was going on at one point but was later informed why the delay. The store was very clean and tidy.

Good visit overall.

I realize it's soon after the holidays and with covid delays inventory can be slim however, this store did not have 1 single pair of womens snow/ski pants. Unfortunately I am not a one-size-fits-all woman and must try clothes on- especially an expensive purchase for an item I haven't worn in 30 years. Also, when I entered the store, maybe 6,7 employees were gathered near the front- maybe having a staff meeting or something but not 1 said hello, welcomed me, or greeted me in any way. In fact, I walked around the store for over 30 minutes before I was acknowledged including by employees who walked past me. Finally a young lady asked if I was finding everything okay. When I mentioned snow pants she directed me over to the mens racks. (Thanks, but a mens 3X, 4X is not right for a woman who wears a S/M). When it was time for me to find a fitting room there wasn't an employee in sight for maybe 10 minutes. Definitely not the best customer service experience I've had.

I walked around in circles, shoe department, for 15 minutes without being approached by a sales associate so we kept moving. Fishing rod & reel selection is worse than Walmart, only cheap stuff, no St. Croix, G-loomis, or shimano products. Junk.

We were in there to buy socks for the Momcc group for donations for the homeless. MIKE the manager asked us why we were buying so many, we told him and he walked up to the register and donated a $30 gift card. THANK YOU

I really love this store so far since I have been going here. Only problem Is the customers they bring they dog into the store and they pooped on the floor also it was a elder lady coughing freely without a mask and no one told her could she please wear a mask or please leave the store.

If you are looking for camping or hiking go to REI. If you are looking for fishing, hunting, or archery go to Cabala's. This store only focuses on the soccer mom's, the golf dad's, and youth sports.

To the old guy in the golf department maybe work on selling the customer what they want instead of trying to give a golf lesson he didn't ask for! I guess Golf Galaxy will appreciate his business! Amazing!

Kris & Mike made the visit right. Despite the mix up, they listened, empathize, came up with a solution and apologized. It's rare in this environment to meet such caring and over the top customer service. Will be making a longer drive because of them, highly recommend this location.

Sat at the register for 5 minutes while 2 employees looked for a buy one get one free sign. Not sure what it was hard to find. There were 3 of them on an end cap. I finally just gave up and told the cashier to forget it and remove the $5 item. Gave 2 stars because the cashier was polite. Would have been much easier to just believe the customer over a $5 item and not make me and the 3 customers behind me wait.

I ordered the new adrenaline 21 online but the associate that did the picking selected the wrong size (I ordered 7.5d but recieved the left as 7.5b and the right as the 7.5d) so now I have to go to the store and exchange them. Then when I went to exchange my shoes for the correct pair the shoe department employees did not want to help me. Their response was these may not have come from our stock and totally indifferent to helping me. I can safely say that I will not shop at this store ever again.

I stopped in the golf department, While on vacation last year looking for a new driver. I highly recommend you see Sean Warren, the golf pro there. He gave me tips and insight not only on the club and its' technology but insight on how to improve my swing mechanics.
