Typically I dread dealerships, but I went to Diehl Honda and it was awesome! I worked with Rodney Stevens, he was great. Very responsive, easy to work with & got me in and out quickly! Everyone is very nice. Definitely head to Diehl if you’re in need of a new ride!

My husband and I had the best experience here. Curt was extremely helpful in assisting us in picking out the vehicle that best suited our needs and wants. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer! Jason, in finance, was very helpful with signing all the paperwork. Thank you! 10 out of 10 from us

I had a great experience at Diehl Honda and working with Katrina and Chris. Chris was off on a day I was available and he generously handed off my sale to Katrina. She was laid back, no pressure tactics and did not play games. I appreciated that their website accurately reflected available inventory which saved me time and prevented frustration. Their pricing had no surprises and finance did not pressure to purchase any of the extra warranty options. It was very easy to place a deposit on the vehicle I wanted over the phone which guaranteed it was sold to me. I scheduled an appointment and Katrina was ready to meet with me when I arrived. I would travel again to this dealership and will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda!

I had a great experience at Diehl Honda buying my 2023 civic sport. My sales person was none other than the great HOLLY Honda herself! She was extremely Nice, helpful, and patient with me throughout the whole process. Go see Holly and let her help you get your new car!

I bought my 2022 HRV last year, Curt was my salesperson. He is extremely nice, helpful, and explained everything to me and has even answered questions or concerns in the last year that I've had my car. Strongly recommend him:)

A reckless driver failed to yield at the light and hit my fiancee and I on Easter. My Hyundai Sonata at a total loss. Rental needed to be returned ASAP and searching for a new car immediately. So I setup an appointment with sales associate NaShawn Pryor at Diehl Honda of Massillon. He previously worked with me and that's how I got my previous car back when it was still called Waikem. After explaining the current situation NaShawn got me in a car that I was eyeing for. Very professional and down to earth, looks out for you. Inspects the vehicle before even presenting it. NaShawn Pryor made the stress of looking for a replacement car an awesome amazing experience. He was very patient with us, answering all the questions we had and resolved any issues. Taking our new car home on the spot. My fiancee and I absolutely love our 2020 Honda Civic Sedan LX and will be back here for any future car buying needs. This is my second car from this location and I would recommend them to anyone looking to join the Honda family or a new car in general. I also had a good experience with my finance person as well. Definitely a 10/10 if you’re looking for a car. Stop and see NaShawn, you won’t be disappointed!

This weekend, I took my 4- and 2-year old with me to Diehl Honda to test drive a CPO Honda Fit. We had just recently come off trading my Subaru Impreza hatch (which served as our family vehicle until Baby #3 entered the picture) for a Honda Odyssey at a different dealership and were trying to see if the Fit could work as a suitable replacement for my Impreza.

When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly sales staff. They were super understanding and accommodating of my energetic kiddos, including keeping a close eye on them while I transferred car seats. Our salesman (who I'll leave generic) was very knowledgeable about the Fit and shared some good tidbits about the car before we headed out on the test drive.

To be honest, up to this point, I'd have given the dealership 5 stars. It's the test drive where things fell flat.

I've visited easily a dozen dealerships over the last several years while navigating my family's ongoing vehicle search, and this is the first one I've encountered that did not permit me to go for a test drive without being accompanied by a salesperson. As a result, I had very limited distance/time on the road to get a true feel for the vehicle. Before we left, I had mentioned several times that I was planning to take the car to nearby Route 21 to get up to highway speed (since I'll be spending most of my time in my car commuting on the expressway), but our salesman told me that the Diehl team prefer that customers follow the route they already have mapped out. At most we may have gotten up to 45mph while covering the maybe 4-5mi loop. Definitely nowhere near enough to get a true feel for the vehicle.

When we got back, our salesman continued to help with watching my kids as I transferred car seats back, and he was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my not being permitted to test the car under real-world driving conditions meant I will likely be looking elsewhere.

To Diehl management - it may be worth considering rolling with what almost all other nearby dealerships do by letting a prospective customer take the vehicle they're interested in on an unaccompanied drive, without the "micromanaging" feel of sending a salesman along or putting fine print in the test drive paperwork about limiting test drive time/mileage and charging the customer if they go over a certain distance. I realize that leaving these things out of the picture takes a level of trust, but because they were a part of my experience, I felt like I did not have Diehl's, and that was a no-go.

I went through many dealerships before getting in touch with NaShawn Pryor. He helped me get into my 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport when cars were scarce and I desperately needed a vehicle. NaShawn was upfront and honest with me. I will hopefully be working with him in the future and would highly recommend him!

Just bought a car from here. I've been to a lot of Honda dealerships and found myself coming back here. I trust Tim Powell with the buying process.just ask for Tim and you'll see what I mean right away.

Awesome leasing experience. Curt Hill is amazing and so informative. The place has an awesome maintenance team. In and out quickly every single time. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Been here 5x already.

Rodney Stevens was wonderful to work with. We came from 3.5 hours away. He had great communication, had everything ready when we arrived. Pleasure to do business with. If you are buying a Honda, definitely buy from them.

Decided to finally get a new car since I saw online that Honda was providing low interest rates on new vehicles. However my husband went to dealership without my knowledge to surprise me with the new car. They told me my husband did not mention the honda deals we saw online when searching for the car. He trusted this dealership to give him the best loan/interest rate and they did not. They tell you that you would have to mention it in order to get it. I am not sure why they would not offer the best rate they can? I feel this is shady business practice! Not sure if all dealerships do this but this is wrong! They put you in whatever loan they get the best kick back for! It definitely did not happen due to our credit score. We should have been able to get the best rates. I will never buy from them again!

The service department is great. They have always taken great care of my old Honda vehicle and at a reasonable price. I give the service department 5 stars.

If you are buying a new car, beware. I am warning all of you new Honda buyers out there. Make sure that you research the current financing promotions that Honda is offering through Honda Financial on their official website. If you don't bring these up and ask for them specifically, the finance manager won't offer them to you. Trust me, it happened to me.

Then you will be ushered into quickly singing paperwork and you won't see the sales contract with the higher rate until you actually look for it once you have left the dealer. They don't print paperwork anymore but give you a thumb drive with the paperwork on it. Take your time signing the paperwork and ask questions. They will want to fly through it but ask them to slow down. Ask for paper copies as well. I wish I would have.

They did make it right for me after I discovered what had actually happened and called to complain. I was told that it was an "oversight" on their part. They told me that they don't sell many news cars but mainly sign customers up for new car leases. This is why it wasn't offered to me. Sure.

Great experience buying our first new car from Rodney. No hassle or pressure throughout the whole process. No shady add on fees like other dealers are charging nowadays. Will definitely recommend Rodney and Diehl Honda to my coworkers and friends.
