10We had 2 recalls on my wife’s 2017 Impreza. Headlights and power pack. Everyone was cordial and extremely friendly and professional. The work was completed in one day and was done correctly with no delays. I would highly recommend Deihls.
I was quoted incorrect prices and the charges were significantly higher than what was quoted. Diehl claimed their app had problems. They took $150.00 off a $1750.00 bill. I thought $430.00 for 4 spark plugs to replaced was insane. I have caught Diehl recommending to my wife repairs that were not needed for the mileage of the car per the Subaru Maintenance schedule.

Kevin made sure I had a comparable, clean rental Outback while Jason and his staff did an excellent job of repairing scratches on my Outback. The Maserati experience for sure!
This was my 1st visit to Diehl Subaru as I have just moved to the area. I was not happy with the dealership I bought my car from. But so far my experience with Diehl has been wonderful. I'm not real happy with Subaru right now, but I will certainly go back to Diehl with any of my extended warranty needs.
Like the people in sales but services not so much. Have a new forster that has a bad windshield from the factory and was told by the service manager who didn't even have the respect to call me back that I had to pay for it. Call corporate waiting for a response. Services is horrible sense wakem sold it.
Ryan Goodall was very considerate and efficient. The technicians got my car done quickly and I was on my way!
I always receive the best service…. They are very knowledgeable and always very friendly I will not go anywhere else for service, they are always fantastic
Challenging to speak with someone directly. Too many phone prompts to go through just to get to a live person. During oil change did not put a floor mat down upon entering my car. Left my floor mat dirty and a mark on the inside drivers door where something bumped/hit it (a tool perhaps). Employees need to show respect for owner vehicles.
