My niece told me I’d like him and I really did. He is very easy to talk to and gave me good advice! He said he could fix my wrist and I believe I’m going to do it!

As always Dr Dietrich and staff were very professional snd personable explaining care for my new symptom, trigger right thumb.

Dr. Dietrich was kind and compassionate and answered all of my questions. He has a great deal of experience with my condition and was able to offer me advice based on what has worked for this patients in the past.

Dr. Dietrich, hand surgeon at the Crystal Clinic, was exceptional. I saw Dr. Dietrich for an initial assessment and evaluation of my hand, and to discuss a plan for treatment. Dr. Dietrich was calm, patient, kind, and professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and made everything easy to understand. I left feeling very confident in my decision to have surgery, after speaking with such a knowledgeable and caring professional.

Dr. Dietrich was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. He explained the condition well, did a great job injecting the site with a steroid and explained how the next steps should take place. He sent me to therapy where they gave me a splint to immobilize the thumb and wrist. I will follow up with the PA in 6 wks.

Dr. Dietrich is the best! If you have hand or wrist issues you can't go wrong with him!

I am sincerely sorry I did not contact the Crystal Clinic initially for my injured hand. After a fall on the ice back in February and with no complete healing of my hand I contacted the Cleveland Clinic. After waiting a number of weeks I was greeted at my appointment by a PA who I felt marginalized my injury and its accompanying limitations. This PA told me I had no fractures based on an X-ray taken 30 minutes prior to my appointment. She told me sometimes these injuries take months to heal. Dr. Dietrich after examining my hand for five minutes explained to me exactly what was causing my symptoms. He showed me on Medina Hospital'd X-ray irregularities he suspected but that were not noted in their radiological report. Their report was lacking based on the info Dr. Dietrich shared with me. I'm four days from corrective surgery and I cannot wait to have this problem corrected. Kudos to Crystal Climic. I shall update my progress as we go.

Best Dr as far as seeing you in a timely fashion and explaining everything on a level of importance and understanding. Has a very good sense of humor and does not rush his time with you! Did surgery on my left hand and I am scheduled with him for carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. I’m in very good hands with Dr Dietrich!
