5 Star all the way! Outstanding service. I have used Dr. Dietrich twice now, and cannot stress what a wonderful surgeon he is as well as the staff.

Our daughter was young to have her wisdom teeth out but they were impacted and causing issues. I was shocked on the day of surgery when staff wouldn’t allow me to go back with her while they prepped her for anesthesia/put in IV. They said “absolutely not” at the door to go back. She was terrified. She had never been under anesthesia. She said she was shaking and crying and no one made any attempt to help put her at ease. They make you wait in a separate waiting room that has an overwhelming scent from plug in air fresheners. She also ended up with an infection and was in pain and severely swollen on the infected side for 10 days post op.

We showed up 45 min early to finish up paperwork. We were the 1st patients in the waiting room and the last ones to be seen. We waited 20 additional minutes for no discernable reason. Very bad 1st impressions. Edit 1. They fubar'd the insurance. They told us no copay for the appointment, then tried to slap her with a $225 fee. Turns out the insurance has been collected and accepted. We now have an appointment to schedule, and have to pay 10 days early. They won't answer emails or phones. Awesome.

My experience here getting my wisdom teeth out was great! I was very nervous going in, as I had never been under anesthesia before. My nurses and Dr. Congiusta were fantastic, they walked me through every step of the process and calmed my nerves. I was out quickly in under an hour! My initial consultation appointment was quick and helpful and the office staff were great too! I would highly recommend this office to anybody needing to get their wisdom teeth out or any other dental work.

Dr. Dietrich and all of his staff gave my 12 year old son a great experience getting 4 permanent teeth pulled for braces. He was very anxious, but they did a great job putting him at ease. Highly recommend them or his partners for all ages of care.

Very professional and pleasant, welcoming staff and surgeon. My appt went quickly, with no waiting. I was really scared and the asst was so helpful in calming me down. Open to answering all questions and didn't rush me at all. My tooth extraction was over faster and less painful than I thought it would be. Then, Dr Congiusta took extra time to consult with me about cosmetic procedures I'm considering. I felt like he had genuine concern to do what's in my best interest for dental treatment and plastic surgery. He also discussed multiple options with me. I felt no pressure into having anything in particular done and was told I'm welcome to return if I had any more questions or concerns, for further discussion beforehand. I look forward to having work done there. I trust I'll get the best care possible, with beautiful results.

Staff was very polite and tried to stay joking with me whenever they could tell I was getting anxious. The Dr was also wonderful and had a great sense of humor. While I hope I never have to have oral surgery again, I would highly recommend them to anyone who does need it!

Anesthesiologist did a good job and my tooth was out in no time, but hygienist was a bit pushy and I didn't know I was getting a panoramic x-ray until it was over.

Listen. I cannot sing praises loud enough for the staff at Dietrich. After an absolute horrific experience with a wisdom tooth at an unrelated office that caused unnecessary pain, complications, and financial burdens, Dietrich showed they are truly here for patients - new and existing - and cater to their needs. From my very first phone call to the treatment plan to the personal (not just personalized) text received after the appointment, Dietrich’s showed perfect care and professionalism. As someone who lives with anxiety and PTSD, it was wonderful to not be made to feel crazy for the fears that had been previously instilled due to bad experiences. Out of network? Me too - they work with you! There is no reason to NOT make an appointment with Dietrich’s - unless your smile is perfect and pain free.

I was a nervous wreck prior to my wisdom tooth extraction and Dr. Max was great and understanding throughout the whole procedure. Will absolutely spread good word!

The experience here was very positive. I had my wisdom teeth removed and the two on the bottom were impacted. The consult with Dr. Carpenter was quick and concise. Questions were answered quickly and accurately and all concerns were addressed. We decided to do local anesthesia as opposed to general. Upon arrival for my procedure I was taken back right on time. I was given the shots which while not painless were not the worst thing that I've ever been through. I was thoroughly numb within 10 mins at which time the procedure started. I was expecting the next hour of my life to be fairly miserable. What I was met with was little more than annoyance and almost as quick as it started it was over. 27 mins for 4 teeth 2 of which were impacted including stitches. I was honestly surprised it was over. I actually said well 1 down and he kind laughed and said nope I'm actually finishing stitches on the last one. I left quite numb but pain free. After a few hours the numbness started to wear off but the pain never really became more than annoying. No real pain over the next few days other than some localized swelling. After a week I was feeling pretty normal but I still avoided chewy and hard foods. 2 weeks after my diet has completely returned to normal. 4 weeks after now and I don't even have holes anymore and its like it never happened. I highly recommend Dr. Carpenter as well as Dietrich & Associates in general for your needs. Thanks much.

Had my wisdom teeth extracted here. The staff made me feel comfortable with the process pre-surgery, the operation was quick and painless, the anesthesia aftereffects were minor too. The staff are wonderful and the doctors are too, highly recommended.
