Facility and Doctors are great. Customer service, billling and coding errors from an outsourced company is another story. I will not be returning.

Everyone is very friendly and organized. No waiting and Dr Bashour is a very good Dr. I would recommend DDC to anyone.

I scheduled a consult 8wks ago.
I mistook my appointment for 1 week earlier and went into the office. The woman checked my insurance and we laughed and she sent me home and said “see you in a week”
I showed up a week later to be told they don’t accept my insurance. The new woman at the desk didn’t even give me the respect of stopping her work to listen to the mixup as she told me “no, we can’t serve you. ”
Her aloof, inconsiderate lack of professionalism was more annoying then anything. But, I’ll take it as a blessing. I wouldn’t trust this establishment to handle my care through Lynch Syndrome and any referrals I would need.

Always good to reconnect with Dr. Myers. We've been going to him for years and trust his advice.

Office staff is very helpful and relaxing to work with.

My husband went in for a checkup after a hospital stay. Every one was very friendly and professional. The only gripe we had was waiting in the assessment room for over 20 minutes until the nurse practitioner showed up. We were about ready to go to the front desk to inquire as we were beginning to think that we had been forgotten!

Dr Myers explained everything throughly and took the time to educate me. He also asked for my input on treatment decisions and listened to what I shared.

Doctors, staff and facility are great. Billing errors should not take a year to resolve. Not the customers fault you coded the procedure wrong or that you outsourced the billing and they can't get it right. Hope this gets resolved before Christmas.

Overall very good. Waiting over 10 minutes in the exam room before seeing anyone is my only concern.

The staff here is professional, friendly, and prompt. Dr. Merhab is amazing. She listens, is patient, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in.

I saw Colleen Driscoll, NP. She was thorough, friendly and compassionate. She answered all my questions and scheduled me for a procedure that I also thought I needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend her and Digestive Disease Consultants practice.

My doctor is Dr. Myers and have been with him for years. He listens, takes his time with you and don’t feel rushed. He explains your issues in terms I understand. The best!
