Good quality stuff but rude staff we were headed out the doors and he yelled something at us and we couldn't hear him so we said what and he walked away

Preferred store/good service/only negative is dressing room carpeting always in need of vacuuming.

Great selection of petite clothing. I often have a hard time finding clothes and was pleasantly surprised with their selection. The woman who helped us check out at the register was very friendly and fast. Great service. We will definitely be shopping here again.

I like Dillard's because they have better quality clothing. Today when I was there I was disappointed because selection of woman's + size's was very limited. And men's big OR tall didn't have big AND tall size's. Hopefully it will improve.

Not very busy at Clinique, yet not very helpful. Friend was surprised I stayed and purchased. Difficult trying colors/ samples. Definitely not same experiences as in the past.

Visit the store for 2 pairs of Michael Kors sandals a gift for mother's day for my 2 beautiful daughter's that they love it's a nice store and actually we did call before we got there and make sure that they had the sandals and the right sizes and even they reser them for us it was a nice and easy experience. Great store to shop.

Dillards has very good quality in a clothing little bit on the expensive side
you get what you pay for it.
Look for their clearance rack if you are on a budget.
I really do enjoy shopping at Dillards as I said it is pricey but look for the clearance rack if you can’t afford me being a doctor I could afford it. The clothing does last for a very long time good quality as I stated highly recommend

Staff was superbly helpful. We visited four departments looking for a dress and garments for my daughter.women's, juniors, children and bras. She is right in between sizes and she settled on a dress from Juniors. Everyone was so pleasant to her she had a great experience.

Great sale in the men's department today, 50% off lowest ticketed price. Just got 10 designer shirts for a little over $140.

Great selection of prom dresses there was only one girl running the show but she was doing an amazing job she was very organized and even offered to order us a dress to our home for free if it was not In My Daughter's size. I wish I had gotten her name so I could post it so her boss could give her a bonus because she was definitely going above and beyond. Loved loved loved the dresses)

I like this store better than the ones in North Olmsted or Fairlawn. Things seem more orderly and easier to locate. I am sure that's just me.

It was fantastic! I know nothing about the 2019 Fashion ways and they helped me out by far! I'll be there forever!

Dillard is a timeless icon and one of the best during the Christmas time! If you're in the area stop in and enjoy the atmosphere

I would give it a lower rating but there is no choice for anything lower, I went in to return some shoes I bought with my receipt! And the manager and salesperson at the shoe department refused to return my money back to me the way I paid! They gave me a gift card and said that was the only way to refund! How when I'm within 30 days and I have my original receipt! I'm taking this up with the district manager, as soon as they call me back!

Best store to shop for to get deals, better than Macy's! Especially that sales clerk that took care of me there. I believe his name was Brandon.

Some nice products but the store is not clean. The employees are more interested in talking to eachother rather than helping the customers. The shoe department is always chaotic. Great sales though.

This place is EXPENSIVE but you can find some good deals if you have the time to look for them. I go when they have Sale days.

Very sassy and do not know how to act appropriately around customers have attitudes and distrespectful yes the food and drinks are good but the workers do not preform correct behavior

Called shoe department to see if they had a Specific shoe He was looking up the shoe in the computer and I even gave him the item number it literally took them 20 minutes to get back to me I heard the whole conversation in the back room with two other women and a man and then I heard them ringing someone up before they took care of me I can’t believe it. Then the man got back on the phone and says “yes can I help you”. Are you kidding me? I just explain to you what I needed!?
