I went to Stephanie, who was incredible. She was patient and attentive in understanding exactly what I wanted done to my hair, and she executed perfectly. I loved her! Highly recommend.

Never have Stefanie cut your hair. If this is what she does to a friend, imagine what she will do to you. This is a long one, so buckle up. I went in with hair past my shoulders and came out with my hair butchered. I asked for the pixie cut you see in the photos with the grey hair. I wanted it cut a tad shorter so I could go a couple weeks longer between cuts. I then showed Stefanie the second stock photo, specifically around the ear on the shorter side. I told her I wanted my hair shaped around my ear on that side, similar to the photo, so I didn't have to constantly tuck it behind my ear. She proceed to give me the haircut you see in the other photos. I was in shock and denial when she was done. I still tipped her $100 because I thought it couldn't be as bad as I thought. I had been going to her for years, I was her friend, and I've always tipped $100 or more. There's no way it was that bad. I was wrong. After going to 3 other stylists and a barber, all who told me it's not salvageable, I reached out to Stefanie. She proceeded to tell me that she's sorry I don't like it and that I was talking down to her by complaining. She also said she doesn't know how to do clipper cuts yet that she gave me one. She also mentioned this isn't the worst cut she's ever done. If this isn't her worst, I can't imagine how bad it gets. When I mentioned posting photos in a review with her name attached, she said I was threatening her. She considers it a "threat" to have her name publicly attached to this monstrosity, yet I'm supposed to walk around like this? ! No. It took me almost a week to get my money back. Be warned.

I just got the best pedicure of my life and it was by Barb. There is not one thing I would have changed, honestly. Excellent technical skills, people skills and truly 'the whole package'.

The stylists at Dinos salon are the best of the best. Experienced, professional and personable! I am confident every time I sit on his chair that I am in great hands and will walk out feeling and looking my best self.

I made a reservation online for 2 manis/2pedis and received an e-mail confirmation for the services I booked. When I showed up to the appointment, the system only showed 1 mani/pedi reservation. The woman working the front desk did nothing to correct the issue; she just said she only saw a reservation for 1 person; not 2. She was unapologetic and not professional in handling the matter that was not my issue. Very dissappointed in my experience. We went elsewhere to get our nails done.

My nails look beautiful, but for the price, I would have liked the services to have been more relaxing and spa-like. Getting a mani-pedi is one of my favorite me-time-moments; the massage associated with the service should be taken more seriously. However, the staff was fun and friendly. My nails are shaped PERFECTLY! The polish is flawless. I would go back.

EDIT: Three days after my pedicure, my nails chipped and Barbara was awesome! Not only did she make my toes beautiful, but she was GREAT to talk to! LONG DISTANT HUGS BARBARA!

I had my brows micro bladed elsewhere before relocating to Cleveland and, after some research and meeting with different artists, I researched Allison Seltzer and set up a consult after looking at her work online. I instantly decided I loved her because she was so personable and relatable (not like other salons I'd been to in the past). She offered to give me a "touch up service" since I only needed annual maintenance and, during my appointment, she knocked it out of the park. I was 100% comfortable literally 100% of the time. She mapped my brows to perfection and gave me exactly the look I was seeking. Highly recommend this salon!

Very nice clean place. I had a massage from Victoria, she was great! I can't wait to go back and get another massage from her.

I have had services from both the salon and spa at this location, and I have nothing but positive things to say. I have been able to schedule multiple services in one day with ease. All of the staff I've interacted with are extremely friendly and wonderful, and truly do everything they can to make each client feel valued. Some of the services are a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth every penny!

Been going here for a while, always friendly and the service is awesome. Can't imagine going elsewhere.

I highly recommend this salon if you're interested in doing brow microblading. Allison did a great job.
