Dione Nail Spa, Avon OH

I’ve been a regular customer for a couple years, I see Kellie regularly (she’s the best) but all the nail techs are great and friendly. The shop is very nice and clean! Massage chairs in the pedi rooms, lots of colors to choose from (gel and regular). Overall great shop!

I’ve been going to dione nail spa for a while now and I love it! I go to Kelly everytime and she does exactly what I want and is amazing at communicating. I’ve tried a couple of other people there and they all do great!

I have been going to this salon since it opened. Don't know if they have changed hands but the quality and service have gone down hill. Made appt for a dip. They forgot to mention it didn't include the cuticles. The dip was sloppy and the nail tech couldn't have cared less about it or not telling me about the extra cuticle charge. They want an extra $7 for cuticles for a total of $52. You can get a dip manicure at most salons for $45. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Oh yea, when reading the reviews and response from the owner, he blames the clients for being picky. Really?

I have been going to Dione for years and have always had a great experience! Christy does my gel manicures and she is wonderful! I highly recommend Dione!

My nail tech- Heidi did an excellent job on my dip powder nails today. I came in with a specific idea for Christmas nails, and she was able to perfectly execute what I had in mind. I enjoyed working with her very much!

I am always so pleased with my acrylic manicure and gel pedicures with Chrissy. She has great attention to detail, is warm, friendly and very talented. A wonderful way to pamper and relax.

A guy did my nail today and he was TERRIBLE! I told him to get the mess of my finger and he kept saying it goes away when you wash your hand and did not even bother to get a cotton ball and do it! I washed my hands so far 5 times Sir! My nails look like was done by a 2 years old!

It's too bad Queen Bee left, her work was perfect. I recently had a male who completely discarded my appointment with one of the females to take me. He did such a sloppy job. When filling he never took the acrylic to the edges causing the nails to lift. The paint was done the same way and the filing was uneven. When he did my thumb he twisted it so hard I had to tell him to stop. I thought he was going to break it. This place is the most expensive around Avon, but the quality of workmanship is not there. Before him, I had female that cut corners so much that my fill was done in 30 mins.

DO NOT RECOMMEND- TECH STOLE MONEY I have been going to this salon since they opened and recently went in for my appointment with Mimi who I see regularly every 3 weeks. When checking out I asked the total so I could give her a cash tip she ripped my card out of my hand and told me the total was $93.76 and walked away and laid my receipt down for me to sign. When I looked at it the total said $100.11 I walked to the back to ask why the price was different and she told me she forgot to tell me it was $5 more for changing the shape of my nails which I didn’t change the shape. She then proceeded to yell through the salon “I’m sorry are we good? ” Even if she did charge $5 more that doesn’t add up to what the total on my receipt was. Two days later the matte top coat was starting to peel off of all of my nails. I texted her and she said to come back in and they’d redo the top coat so I went back and someone else took me. I sat down and as he was shoving food in his mouth he took the buffer block to only 6 of my nails and I asked if he was going to fix all the nails and he said yes. He then just painted over top of what was already messed up and said you’re done. After leaving I noticed that the top coat was all over the sides of my fingers so I was pushing down on my skin to get the top coat off of my fingers. Within 10 mins of leaving bubbles were appearing all over the top coat which turned into bubbles of the top coat peeling off. I texted her pictures of my nails and she told me to come back again. I told her I couldn’t I had a dr appointment to go to and told her I’d rather just be reimbursed at least a portion of my service and I’d go get them fixed else where her exact words were “sorry that doesn’t work at all” I will NEVER be back and I will make sure to never recommend this salon. They do not care about their customers and the money or loyalty that is paid to their business. From someone who works in the beauty industry it’s embarrassing and beyond unprofessional how they treat people. After my bill being a different amount than what I was told I’m now wondering how many other times there were charges applied that should not have been. I am disgusted by the thought of money being stolen from me.

Their pedicures are wonderful, and when Tracy does my nails (gel), they always look beautiful!

I have been coming to this salon since January, and absolutely love it. Not only is it spotless clean, but they always do such a nice job on my nails. I go to Kelly, and she is wonderful!

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad manicure/pedicure. The polish on my toes was still wet 2 hours after the service. My gel manicure was done extremely sloppily, the polish didn’t even go back to the cuticle, other areas it went over my skin and the result was my polish peeling up within 3 days. I would have gone back to have everything redone but I literally had no time before my 3 day events. I spent $123 to have a terrible job done. I could’ve done it better at home honestly. I won’t be returning.

They fit me right in when my salon couldn't. I now have a new nail salon! Friendly staff & my nails turned out great. They even have air purifiers at each station, so there's no overwhelming odor!

Terrible experience. That women asking how much tip I will give to her with a sloppy job. Her equipment falling out into the floor and grabbing from it. We know that money are important but they have to respect the clients first. Never going back there

The nail Tech, Lee, used a worn out nail file on my fingernails and did not shape them at all. The pedicure left my feet much rougher than they were when I came into the spa. I could go on and on.
Neither the Mani nor the Pedi were done well.
Avoid this shop.
