Very Rude service will not shop there. The owner doesn't know how to treat customers and is snotty.

*Called to ask if they can replace a battery in a watch was told yes it's $5. Showed up 15 like later went to pay and the owner refused to let us pay with debit card. Said we only take cash under 10.00 but didn't say that on the phone before when we called or when we came in to the store.

Told them we would be back tomorrow with cash. It's 5.00 not a big deal to anyone. Asked why they didn't tell us up front about they're cheap policy, and asked why there were not signs letting us know. Owner said She is the sign.complete disrespect to customer didn't want to swipe pur card we offered to pay with and tried belittling us. A joke of a store and a clown of an owner. Non professional looks like a pawn shop with old perfume smell, stay away!

I have shopped here several times since discovering this hidden gem! I have had work done from sizing to repairs and have been very pleased with both the craftsmanship and speed that work is completed! They have a wonderful selection of fine jewelry as well as unique and beautiful fashion pieces! Since finding them my mother, son, and daughter have all also shopped here. Both the amazing ladies have been incredibly kind and helpful! I'm looking forward to my next visit for Christmas gifts. Thank you so much!

Had a Gold rope chain taken there for repair and to add a different style end caps and the work was outstanding and all soldered not just rings squeeze together like quick fix places do and at a fair price! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get your jewelry repaired!

The jewelry is awesome and the women that work there are patient and understanding. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll help you get it.

I have visited this location 3 times now for jewelry repairs. I love the women at who always make me feel welcome with excellent customer service. The repairs are always in a timely fashion. I could not be more pleased!

I took our wedding rings here to have them resized. She is extremely snobby and rude. Needless to say 200$ and ten days later we got our rings back out of round and you can see where the work was done on the bands. Don't go here save your money and go somewhere else.

She was knowledgeable and nice helpful from the second I walked in the door they didn't exactly have what I needed but offered to order it for me and call when it gets there I forgot tje charm I needed the chain for but I'm going back best price in town I've tried like 6 other store's they were 50 to 200 buck's more than her

Just wanted to point out what some people could possibly view as poor ethics here. Lisa and Stephanie wrote reviews here and gave themselves 5 stars. Lisa is the owner and Stephanie works there. At the very least seems embarrassing.

I asked to see a watch. She rudely told me I can't afford it. Sorry! But I received a 6 figure life insurance and more than the policy inheritance. I bought a couple gorgeous watches from a better shop, thank you.

This woman was extremely condescending. I went in to have a gold plated chain clasp replaced and she told me it couldn't be done because the process of soldering can only be used on gold and not the underlying sterling silver of the chain (?) She told me my chain was scrap and couldn't be repaired nor could the clasp be replaced. What she meant was that SHE couldn't replace it. Its one thing to say "this is something that I don't do here, " vs "it cannot be be done. " I drove to the mall and 20 minutes later I have a new clasp and a repaired chain. There is nothing unique or precious in her store (and I was looking around as I waited to be assisted) that would make her snooty attitude worth your dollars. She clearly has little expertise. Go somewhere else.
