Direct Tools Factory Outlet reviews
16Great selection of various TTI branded tools: Ryobi, Rigid, and a small amount of Milwaukee. I will advise people to research prices before buying too many things in store, some items are listed as discounted but show as MSRP pricing at HD for example.
Received a tool with a broken on/off switch. Return arrangements can only be done over the phone, apparently. I'm on hold right now with a 41 minute wait! You'd think in this day and age that everything could be done online!
Just found this place for the first time and I am amazed. For sure compare the prices to Home Depot while shopping, but for a perfectly fine tool with miner factory blemishes that do not hurt the tool's function you can save money.
Looks like a number of great deals and they have refurbished Milwaukee battery's in addition to the ryobi products.
Great place if you like Ryobi and Ridgid tools. My wife hates going with me because I like to buy tools.
I gave a 2 because I like them in general. But they closed an hour early with no additional postings anywhere. Kind of annoying when you drive over a half hour specifically to shop within their posted time.
I found a TTI distributor. That is Ryobi, Milwaukee, Ridgid and Hoover. The prices are about 20% lower than home Depot will sell them and sales are about $20 off. They sell battery powered and gas powered items.
Great find for all budget savvy DIY'ers
I cant wait to go back they have every ryobi battery power tool u can think I could spend my whole paycheck here
Being that the store is mostly refurbished and blemished products, you have to accept that they won't have everything in stock all the time. Once you accept that, it's a great place to get some great deals.
The gentleman checking me saw was I was buying and after I told him my plans, even recommended some different tools that accomplished the same thing, but saved me money.
They have lots of sales that change frequently so check the website often!
All sales are final. No refunds as stated at the register. Ok. Fine. However, the store credit is only good for the store, not online. The tool I need is online only and the company will not under any circumstances allow me to use my credit online or ship the item to the store for me to pay for it there. Great policy. I have money I want to use with your company and you won't let me spend it! What a joke!
Update: I already called your 800 number to have your representative tell me about your same terrible policy. So your response is for me to contact you again ang repeat the process? Big corporation at it's finest.
It's great as long as you are looking for Ryobi or Rigid brand tools. They don't carry much else.
Store closes at 9pm, went in to pick up online order at the last minute. The male staff was nice not rushing.
Went in to pick up my online purchase and happen to walk in the store as they were having a pallet sale Ended up walking out with two arms full of AWESOME DEALS!
Great selection of battery tools and batteries. Even had some corded tools and gas power washers. They even had some floor cleaners. This is a good stop to get away from clothes and show shopping. No purses here.
My brother in law lives down south and has a gig as an analyst for the parent company, he told me about their website. Of course I'll take a blemished chainsaw at half price delivered to my door! I was excited to see a location pop up in central Ohio. It was listed on the website for a while before it actually opened. Only thing I can pick about with the place, I went in to buy an item and the store had a higher price than the website. They were cool with me ordering online with store pick up to save that money.just took about an hour for the order to process.
If you're a contractor or a homeowner looking to save some money on tools this is your stop. I absolutely love ryobi and all the tool offerings. No need to buy new but they have new items as well. The selection is 10x better then any home depot if you're just lookimg for ryobi.
