Quick, responsive, listens to their customer, friendly, explains everything to you, looks for ways to save you money. I’ve used a few different plumbers over the years, I’ve found my go-to company with these guys. Worth every penny!

I have an 8 year old toilet so when Trevor from Discount Drains said I needed a total rebuild I knew I was being taken advantage of. There was only one part that was bad, the red rubber stopper in the tank. I explained this but he insisted he was right so I ingnored his $300+ quote and went to Home Depot. The part was only $6. The guy at the store expained about adjusting the chain after install and the rest was self explanatory. The toilet flushes perfectly now. I don't recommend them if you're a single woman like me.

This company was very knowledgeable and experienced at my detailed job of replacing and repairing a pipe underground. They dug up my yard, with professional machinery, repaired the pipe, clean out remaining roots with a heavy duty power machine, that went out 80 feet to city line, added a main drain for future problem, replaced dirt and cleaned up their mess. They were very kind and explained the process to me in a professional manner. I believe they can handle any size job. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will call them first on any future projects. Thanks and now we can use our plumbing. Very Happy Client.

We worked with Gage who came to our house and provided a quote for water heater replacement. We chose Discount Drains after receiving a comparable quote from another provider. Shortly after engaging Discount Drains, the installer, Taylor.came to the house. He did a superb job with the installation and was very helpful in explaining the installation process. As the water heater he was replacing was 17 years old, it took awhile for the removal and then installation of the new hot water heater. The water heater installed is a commercial grade water heater and built a little better than what would be purchased at a box store, and thus a little more expensive, but hopefully, built to last longer. Taylor did a great job with the installation and also did a good job explaining what to look for and how to relight the gas water heater, if for whatever reason, the pilot light would go out. The job took most of the afternoon and Taylor was very respectful and professional while he was here.

I want to sing the praises of Discount Drains! AMAZING promptness and INCREDIBLE quality. Had been getting the runaround with the other plumber my home warranty company assigned. Finally after 5 days of cancellations and reschedules, I had ENOUGH and called Discount Drains. They showed up same day, diagnosed the problem, left to retrieve the part, and returned within 3 hours to install. We have hot water again! AND Nick & Trevor both were personable, professional, and taught me a little bit about my water heater to watch for future problems! When my home warranty contract is up in May, I'm going to be switching to a warranty company that contracts with Discount Drains. 100%!

It’s not often in the Covid era where you don’t have to lessen your standards with a company or service, so I wanted to share, this is a time we came away as a very happy and satisfied customer.

We live in a 100 year old home where plumbing seems to have been pieces together over the years and what we thought would be an easy DIY task to replace the waterline to our refrigerator turned into an impossible feat! The waterline ran through the floor into the basement where it connected to a pipe and we came to find out it wasn’t a direct route! Our amazing service providers, Emily and Drew had to weave the line through about 15 feet of space we would have never found on our own!

Emily and Drew were not only knowledgeable and quick, they were very kind and both had positive and upbeat personalities! We are sometimes reluctant when having people come into our home without getting a personal referral but after this experience, we would not hesitate to ask them to come back! I recommend this company and highly recommend requesting Emily and Drew as your service team!

Discount Drains installed a new sump pump and gutter drains for us and did an incredible job. Very professional, left our yard with clean straight lines. I highly recommend.

My kitchen sink was clogged and though it took two trips to my house on the same day they did a great job. I would hire again and would recommend to my family/friends.
