The older gray haired lady who works in the courtesy dept has ZERO courtesy. She's more than rude, she's nasty to customers. I just walked out because she was talking to me like a dog. I watched her do the same to another customer. Excuse me for inconveniencing you by trying to spend money that provides you a paycheck. I also heard her talking negatively about me to a co-worker. Literally right in front of me, loud enough for me to hear. Absolutely disgraceful.

So ive paid my bills a day late or two before, was no issue until Deanna decided that she wanted to follow rules now after three experiences with late bills that weren't just the illumination company bill. Such bs. And should not switch their rules based on who they do and don't want to let these rules apply. Done.

I have had great service from all of the staff (customer service, cashier, Deli, and management) every time that I shop (very frequently) at this Drug Matt location.

I have had harsh reaction with their cosmetics this past year to date. When I had never had reactions in the past and do not have skin sensitivities.

A few of the brands include: Pysicians Formula, Maybelline, and ALOT of L’Oréal facial moisturizers and mascara.

Causing skin irritation and eyelashes shrinking and even coming out.

Other than that, this is a convenient store to shop with excellent staff.

Benn calling for the last 3 days to see if they have any sanitizer they kepp telling me they get a truck in on Friday call today no sanitizer on the truck

My favorite store. I'm a day shopper, best employees. The Deli is always real clean and the deli employees are great! Pharmacy and customer service are also great! I have my favorite cashiers (mostly because I've been shopping there since they opened) know some from old store before this store was built. Even the management is great -that could be why all the employees are aslo

Are you sick of pushing your shopping cart through a football field lengthy grocery store? Look no further. Great place for grocery shopping or to just run in for a few things. Great deli too! Really good hand made veggie pizza! Try it. Trust me!

Amanda at the pharmacy went above and beyond in helping me figure out the cost and ways of a wheelchair tonight! My grandmother broke her ankle, and drug mart & Amanda definetly saved the day! She is definetly an asset to the company

If you need socks, candy, milk, a new shower head and the hardware to hang a door, this place has it all. Most of the employees are friendly although some move at the pace of a special Olympic hurdler. I'm in here almost daily. Great place for damn near anything you'd need last minute.

Great for stuff in a pinch. They have EVERYTHING. Toilet parts, adult diapers, Karate Kid on DVD. Why 2 stars? The women on day shift (you know who Im talking about) are literally the slowest checkout peeps I have ever met. Also, the kids at night could give a damn about checking people out. Too busy talking. Secondly, the deli people are miserable and literally look away when you walk up to ask a question. Plus they have not had the anti-pasta salad in the last 15 times we have been there. Just go to the West Side Market. They have a smile and stuff in stock.

Pharmacy staff talk to each other about what doctors they believe over-prescribe meds based on patients- custoners! When you hire trashy people, you get trashy (and illegal) behavior. Pass.
