Discount Drug Mart, Twinsburg OH

I had the pleasure of being helped at the cologne counter by Jessica. We had a fun conversation while choosing an appropriate fragrance. She made me feel welcome in the store. Jessica should be a valued employee. Her customer service was terrific.

Discount Drug Mart in Reminderville Ohio is a great shop to find anything from Grocery's, to your everyday Living needs. This store is 5 stars because of the way they keep the store, so neat and clean, to keeping the shelves full. The staff is so nice and friendly. Thank you to the Nice and Coursey cashier Danita G.for ringing me out at the register.

I love being able to make a quick stop at the Reminderville Discount Drug Mart, it has everything I need. I appreciate the freshly made food items. The cashiers and other team members are professional. A special shout out to Jess who is always kind, professional, and dressed to match every holiday. I also appreciate the diversity of the staff. It’s all appreciated thank you!

Day before Thanksgiving and apparently their "machines are being slow" and they are only taking cash which was taking 5 minutes per person. Don't find out about the cash only until next in line after waiting 10+ minutes in line

My wife called and left information for two refills. The answering system said that they would be ready after 11: 00am. When she when there after 2: 00pm she was told that they didn't have any refiles in my name. She told them she called before the store opened and left a message of the auto refill line. The girl at the counter was rude and told her that they didn't have them and asked what the name of them were. Good thing my wife remembered.

The rude young lady told her she would have to come back later that day to pick them up.

No were sorry for our mistake. Just you'll have to come back later and sometime after 5: 00pm.

This drug store is awesome, they transferred my prescription from CVS in Solon (who were out of stock for my RX) and filled it and called me all within a half hour. Totally blew me away! These people are great, they are getting all my business as well as my wife's prescriptions too!

I love this store! It is awesome, every time I go in there I get friendly service from all the associates, especially Jessica p. She always greets me with a smile and asks how I've been. The pharmacy is awesome too. Bob, Ben, Jennifer and Christine and the rest of the pharmacy staff are all very friendly and always willing to help. They go above and beyond even when they're swamped. It's my go to store.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff, poor communication, have spent days trying to track down my seizure medication (which they confirmed they called over 3 days ago and we’re going to fill, I called my old pharmacy and zero contact was made) and spent the morning being spoken to like an idiot by the male pharmacist, who also told me “we have vaccinations, flu shots and a lot going on so until that’s done I’m not sure when we’ll be able to call your prescription over” I should have driven an hour to my old pharmacy to avoid the chaos and awkwardness trying to beg for my own prescription to be called over and filled.

Avoiding drug mart from here forward

Rude cashier. No smile or thank you. Asked if I have a loyalty card but did not offer how to apply. Maybe this senior is overworked or having a bad day.

Propane exchange is outdoors, excellent and convenient. Pay indoors. A lovely gentleman exchanged my tank for me quickly and efficiently. Nice to have kind and friendly staff.

The store was clean and had everything I needed instead of having to stop at a grocery store. On my way to the checkout.the girl Jessica at the health and beauty checkout stopped me and offered to do my checkout. She could have been lazy and just stand around but she chose to do great customer service. She was pleasant and made me actually come back to her store even though I drove out of my way just to use the ionized water machine outs>e. Thank you Jessica P. AT TWINSBURG.

Great convenient store location!

I recently visited your store and was met at checkout with a bubbly smiling face that was such a breath of fresh air! It is rare that people enjoy their jobs enough to share the joy around them.you have a diamond in the rough with Jessica P! This woman is what costumer service should be about everywhere and should be recognized! Happy holidays!
