4Located behind Auto Zone. Drug Mart has pretty decent prices, good sales. I’ve never actually used the pharmacy. They process photographs take passport photos. There is a decent sized grocery section.

After shopping at the Mount Gilead store for decades, I received dirty looks from a manager and a long time employee for no reason. I won't be spending money there ever again.
Corp went into their system and changed my POINTS! I had 3,500 points this summer. They also changed my medication! I don't trust anyone that works there! It's ASHAME OF WHAT THEY STOOPED TO! I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY DID TO ME! It's not like they needed the money! So don't be surprised of what they do!
