What a great overall experience!
From the sales and selection process to the installation, it was done with the upmost professionalism.
Chuck and Noah were our top notch installers. They worked and treated our home like it was their own. They also provided us with information on the product and its future care.

I am absolutely in love with my new counters! Josh B.and Isaiah were amazing. They were friendly and respectful, even funny at times, which I appreciated. They were honest and responsive to any questions I had. There was a minor issue during installation they handled professionally and correctly, making the best decision for the final look while still running it by me before implementing. They worked quickly and efficiently and gave me a kitchen and bathroom I could’ve only dreamed of! Thanks again guys!

The only reason I didn’t provide a 5 star review was because the scheduler said Chad had to come out and remeasure because we weren’t ready for the first visit — when that wasn’t at all true. He was making it sound like I hadn’t prepared the home (which we had) and so they had to be inconvenienced to come back out. That wasn’t true! We were ready, and Chad needed to come back out due to a pass thru we have and Chad’s wanting to double check the template. I appreciated the second look, it showed he cared about making sure it was done right. The scheduler didn’t need to blame us. Then that scheduler said one day, and the next day another scheduler said a different day. The installers did a great job, Chad was good at his job, and Kimberly was helpful. We were connected with DMG due to our IKEA kitchen purchase.

Thank you Tiffany for helping me select my beautiful quartz countertops a few years ago. I love them. I would also like to thank you for sending out Rich from your company to fix them because my husband sprayed bleach all over them while I was out of town. He is now allowed to live. Lol You guys are the best!

This was my first project with Distinctive Marble & Granite (during their slow season).

Few things to note:

-Be prepared to wait at least a week and up to three from the beginning of the process until installation.
-The process is fairly simple once you decide on a counter top you like
-They come out to your house to laser measure once the cabinets are installed (this is key). The cabinets must be secured in place
-They will show up to your house, on-time and lay the counter and leave

They strictly only lay the counter. The will need all the necessary hardware done beforehand.

Anything above and beyond laying the counter will need to be done by the Homeowner or Contractor.

I would recommend using them but be prepared to have everything completed for them so they can get in the house, lay the counter and leave.

Distinctive Marble & Granite just installed our new quartz countertops today. The process didn’t take long at all even with needing to order the quartz slab we chose. Lauren was our amazing and knowledgeable sales rep. From the initial walk through to final sign off, it was easy and simple! Jason and Chris made the install process fairly quick and they left the job leaving the space cleaned up and put back together! I highly recommend you check them out when it’s time for new countertops!

When I needed to get my current countertops cut to accommodate a new stove Installed into Distinctive Marble and Granite and Lisa F.was more than helpful. Even though they were preparing for the local home show she took the time to get Chris D, on of the installers to answer my technical questions. When Jason came out to cut the countertop he was professional and took his time to complete the work exactly as I had hoped. Overall my experience was exceptional with Distinctive Marble and Granite.

We had a unique rec room table top request, and Sean and all involved were helpful and walked us through the process easily.

Josh B.and Isaiah E.installed our quartz countertops and island and not only did a fantastic job but were also professional and pleasant. We are very happy with their work.

Josh B and Isaiah did a phenomenal job installing our quartz countertop & backsplash to our master bath. Lauren in sales helped us navigate the choice of surface and was wonderful to work with. This was the final piece of the puzzle to complete a project that we've waited for and are so happy with the end result.

Couldn’t be happier with how our kitchen counter turned out. The installers, Josh B and Isaiah did a fantastic job and were very courteous. The room was cleaned up after the install, which was nice. Josh B and Isaiah were friendly and answered my questions. Overall, a great experience.

Tiffany Sloan was so easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We had an existing granite top on a kitchen island and wanted to replace the kitchen countertops that were tile, to match the granite on the island. I took a picture on my phone, sent it to Tiffany and she knew from that photo exactly which granite we needed. She kept us informed throughout the process which was extremely fast and once the templeter was finished, the install was only 6 days. I highly recommend DM&G for all of your granite needs.
