Over charging customers. When you see the price list for an acrylic nail fill in and nail color change the price list says $40 dollars for a fill and color change. This nail shop added 5 dollars to remove the previous nail color. 5 dollars for the different color on my ring finger. It’s a waste of money, the nail tools were old and very used. I ask the nail tech if she could use a new file and buffer, she had a very bitter and nasty look on her face. Go some where else.

I just called into this place and whoever answered the phone was rude. I was polite and just asked if I could possibly do a different time because the appointment time she gave was in thirty minutes. It was at 10. When I asked for a later time, it was only 15 minutes later, 10: 15. Choose somewhere else where you won’t be met with rudeness when calling and you’re polite despite being met with rudeness from somewhere that should want your business.

I have been going here for a year. Diane the owner does great work but she is the rudest person you will ever meet. She is constantly rushing and yelling and putting you down if you don’t decide fast enough or you have any questions at all so I switched to her daughter Julie who is the sweetest person. Julie went out on maternity leave and I had to see Diane the owner. I scheduled my appointment 5 weeks in advance and some how my appointment mysteriously disappeared when I called today to confirm it. When I ask a simple QUESTION about how my appointment that I WATCHED her write down in front of me disappears she says “I don’t know. I’m too busy and you stress me out. You can’t be a client anymore there are plenty of nail salons. ” Knowing NOBODY else does polygel within an HOUR of here. I have never in my life had such horrible customer service. Especially as a client who spends $100-$180 every time I get my nails done PLUS A TIP. If you can handle being treated like trash and told off for asking simple questions for great work then I would recommend them. If not? Run as far as you can. There is a reason that in a year they haven’t been able to hold ONE long term employee and their business is slacking. I am so glad I made the switch to Halo Nails in Kent. The difference is astounding.

The next day On every finger my top coat came off and nails chipping 1st and last time going here been a week and looks like i already need a fill

Amanda was great with my pedicure but felt pricing was not inline with quality received on acrylics. Also did not appreciate price being posted as one starting point but then being told I had to pay more for gel. If you don’t offer regular polish that’s fine but set beginning price to reflect that and not tack on all these extra charges.

I’ve been coming to this salon for at least 6 months and always loved my nails. However, I had an poly gel fill scheduled on 1/28/23 and Diane called me to inform that the lady that was going to do my nails is sick and she doesn’t know when she coming back. So I received a call 1 hour before my scheduled time to be canceled and not to reschedule because the schedule is booked for next month (Feb). Like come on really you cancel me but you can’t fit me in on the schedule this was a inconvenience to me… so now I have to find another salon because clearly they don’t have enough staff for the workload. Not many salons in the area does poly gel. Now I have to start over! This sucks for me but here to say if you like consistency this should not be the salon of choice.

Divana is a beautiful, bright, clean salon and their staff is so talented. I saw Julie 2 days ago and I am just OBSESSED with the ombré she did!
This is the only salon where my gel polish actually STAYS ON between appointments (3 weeks and longer).
Julie is just the sweetest, takes her time and helps you find just the right color combination. Both she and Diane can copy anything you find on Pinterest, etc…
Highly recommend!

V new what she was doing! This is the best my nails have ever looked. I’m definitely coming back!
