Service department does very sloppy work, l had brand new 0 turn serviced, delivered back to my house with engine deck covered in oil dripping onto the floor and grease all over tires But wrote down unit was pressure washed. Roll over protection system Was folded down And the lanyard that holds the pin to the Cotter pin was put through the holes and broke In half

I own an EGO lawn mower, under warranty, it is not working and ego tech support told me to take it to do cut for repair as they are an authorized service center. They suggested calling first…We’ll, I do call first, tell the man what’s going on and the “nice” gentleman told me go ahead and just bring the mower in for repair, no appointment needed. I arrive a few days with the lawnmower and they tell me they WILL NOT service it because it wasn’t purchased from them! They could have told me that on the phone but no. They waited till I came in with lawnmower to demy my service!

They had my commercial mower for 21 days for a simple yearly service. The service wait time sign said 12 days at drop off as well as pick up!? ! Also, they are extremely rude.

Very disappointed! They had my lawn mower for over a month to just fix a cable and when I finally went to pick it up it cost double what they had previously said. They did a bunch of things to it that I did not ask to be done and then they charged me for it. I’m not sure how they’ve stayed in business this long with the service I received I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

First time dealing them on a personal basis. Reason I went, they have a reputation for providing good service.

Not very friendly, don't take enough time to listen to your concerns and don't even care. Repairs take too long, I will never use them again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. Poor customer service!
