The people here are nice, but parking is scarce. I arrived a day early and found parking at a nearby Target, which has a vacant lot. This information could be helpful. They generally adhere to strict appointments, although depending on their workload, they might take you in. It's a small place, utilizing around 3 or 4 docks. They are quick with their service, but do note they have a lunch break. So, try not to arrive during that hour.
Easy to find, shipping is south drive and receiving is north drive. Staff is always fast and friendly.
Had a 8am appointment. At first they wanted me to wait for my appointment time or at least until the 6am and 7am truck showed up. 6am was late so I took its place. Overnight parking on the street, and fast unload. I'm giving them a four because they busted one of their bags of fertilizer and didn't sweep it off. I made sure they got all their product. ;)
