Great personal service and no pressure sales. Hard to find that combination these days. Found an affordable used F150. Very clean and low miles. The price was right. I am pleased we chose to spend our money locally. Thanks Bryon for your help.

I do NOT recommend anyone to take your vehicle here for service. Received a quoted price over the phone for service, after service was performed, my bill was $110 more. The issue is still not fixed! Prices are outrageous! This has been an ongoing issue with Doan Ford. I will be making the extra 45 minute drive to another dealership from now on.

Bought a new truck here that experience was good, Next engine went bad not Doan fault took truck back to Doan for new engine absolute worst mechanics ive ever seen they take no pride in their work wont buy anything from them again all because of their worthless mechanics even took back and explained missing parts wires hanging and other issues they promised to fix at oil change well they did not im still finding issues 6 months later

A local Ford Dealership that has been here for many years. They have always treated me good, and I have had all past Ford vehicles I owned serviced here. I'd reccomend this dealership to anyone in the valley that drives or prefers Ford cars & trucks

Had the last 3 services on my personal and work truck done here. Had my wheels and tires rotated every oil change and apparently they cross threaded and broke my center cap bolts and rounded the lug nuts as well.never said anything about it! The work truck went in several times for weeks to have issues fixed and never solved the problems.the money you pay to have certified work done on your vehicles is a joke! I will never go back here and there not the only dealership with problems

I went there to figure out what part is wrong with my 2008 ford escape and the guy in the parts department was no help to me. He even told me he has no idea because he has never ever in his life worked on a car. It was unbelievable. Why is he in the parts department doan ford?

Service is fast but their prices are outrageous. I guess thats all major dealerships. I have a ford focus I bought from here and I have had nothing but issues with it sadly.

Brought a vehicle here to get fixed and needed it back asap. It's been a week and they still have not looked at it to call with an estimate and start work. It shouldn't take that long when other shops could have it fixed already. Called two days ago and they said it would be looked at that day and to expect a call back later. Nothing! We need the vehicle back asap as we are moving next weekend. Worst service I've experienced

They are always friendly and take great care of my vehicle. I have bought a couple cars here and will be back in the future.
