Horrible experience. I look so forward to getting my eyebrows done because I was going in the hospital to get a back operation, and I’m still in the hospital. I look like a clown from day one one eyebrow is pulling it up in the middle the other eyebrow is curve down towards my eye on the end it’s a big joke if you wanna picture I’ll send it to you what a disappointment. I thought going to the most expensive place in the highest quality place in Cleveland eye would have a good job just a big mistake. I just cry. I can’t even fix it with an eyebrow pencil

Dr. Seballos is EXCELLENT! He has extensive experience in the plastic/cosmetic industry. He takes his time and explains EVERYTHING! My experience was nothing less than EXTRAORDINARY! I look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend him!

I have gone to Docere for various services and have had an awesome experience every time. The girls at the desk warmly greet you and always have smiles on their faces. They are always punctual with my appointments and Im called within 5 minutes of me arriving, Everyone is very professional and go out of their way to make sure im comfortable. We discuss my treatment and what options i have to achieve the desired outcome. They always exceed my expectations and i walk out of Docere looking better than when i walked in! I will definitely be back! And will recommend Docere to anyone who is serious about looking their best!

I’ve used their services off and on for several years. Always met with great customer service and results I’m truly happy with. Trying their IPL for rosacea and broken capillaries. Only had 1 session of the 3. I already notice a difference after 12 days. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

I love going to Docere for cooltone and coolsculpting. I see Joelle, and she is an absolute delight. She is very informed, helpful, and a total professional. She regularly goes out of her way to ensure that every client is educated and receives top of the line services. I have also seen Kathy for microneedling and she is extremely personable and professional as well! The front desk staff are always very helpful and accommodating. I have been seeing Giulianna (Jules) more recently as she trains with Joelle and have found her to be wonderful also. I highly recommend Docere!

My wife has been going here for years, today she came home very mad and dissatisfied at the customer service, she came home explaining to me how she was told 2 weeks ago they would honour a price and didn’t.

Point being you’ve lost along time customer and at this rate you may start loosing more.

I am writing this review on her behalf if anyone is wondering.

Very disappointed in their customer service and treatment of long time clients. They don’t honor prices that they promise when making appts.

I have always had a great experience with Jen for laser hair removal. She is professional and punctual. Everyone I have encountered downstairs in the downstairs salon has been kind and properly wearing masks. Upstairs, however, where the doctor’s office is, is different. As I was leaving the building earlier this week, two employees were talking in the large lobby without wearing masks. This is not the first time I have seen this. I worry about my safety if not all employees are held to the same mask standard. I reached out to the business on two separate platforms (email and automatic survey) to let them know my concerns and never got a reply. And then I got another email asking me to leave a testimonial about my experience. So here it is.

Great experience. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Facial was wonderful and left my skin feeling silky smooth! Love this place, will be back for sure!

Have really enjoyed my experience here! I’ve gotten laser treatments by Kathy that have completely resolved my chin/ neck hair for a pretty reasonable price! (By the way I really like Kathy, she is so sweet). Melissa the esthetician has been super helpful whenever I’ve had questions about my acne and have my first facial there scheduled this month. The staff is warm and friendly too! This is my go to place for skin treatments now! New to the area, recently moved from Southern California. I drive 40 minutes from Cleveland heights to come here, that’s how much I like it!

Docere is great. I had ultherapy done by Kathy. She did a great job explaining the procedure and is very nice. The results are already visible after a couple weeks and I love it!

Can not say enough good about Docere! I am currently receiving laser hair removal treatments with Jen and she is awesome. Very professional yet knows how to make you feel at ease with her great personality. I also recently visited the salon and Sonia was able to achieve the exact look I wanted! First time there and already scheduled to see her again! Docere is a one stop shop for all my self care needs and I will definitely be back again and again!

Andrea was phenomenal. I felt so relaxed and pampered. I also felt like she really addressed my concerns. Although extractions are airways painful, she made sure to check if I was doing OK. She recommended products for my skin type and concerns. Will definitely be back!

Dr. Seballlos is one of a kind, he is truly caring, great bed side manner. Made me feel comfortable from the time meeting him at the consultation until well after my procedure and beyond. I would definitely recommend Docere to anyone in need of their services. Top notch professionals in every way!
