Absolutely the best. I been going to this office since I was 18. Was very concerned when Dr Levin retired as I am a nervous patient. Dr. Hebeka has made me feel so comfortable getting through a couple of tough procedures. Highly recommend

I recently got a chip in my back molar. I have never had any dental work done before so I was very nervous about what was going to happen. Dr. H. Was really calming as were the entire staff. The worst part about the procedure was the anticipation. The shot didn’t really hurt and after that, it was totally painless. I also go here for my regular dental cleanings. I would highly recommend anyone from this practice

I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist. We moved here 10 years ago. Dr. Hebeka is the most caring and understanding person. The entire office is caring and professional. They have went out of their way to make sure I have a pain free experience and a great smile. I was in a car wreck years ago. Recently had to have the bridge replaced, Dr. Hebeka’ s work was amazing and looks better then my old bridge. Fits better, feels better.

After jumping dentist to dentist, being judged by the condition of my teeth and not being taken seriously, walking into Dr. Phipps office changed my entire life. Not only has he treated me like a human being, every single person in that office shows they care. Your journey becomes theirs, and they treat you as they would treat themselves. I have undergone full mouth extractions, and am currently in my temporary set of dentures. Being 28, this has been a very hard process to go through, especially emotionally, but Dr. Phipps and his associates made me so comfortable, it became easy and exciting. If going to the dentist is hard for you, because of judgement, remarks, and how you’ve been treated in the past, if you are looking for the perfect dentist, I promise you, go to Dr. Phipps.

I had Dr. Hebeka do a root canal. He was so kind and explained everything thoughaly. Him and his staff made me feel very comfortable through the whole procedure. I would highly recommend this office. Everyone is so kind!

I have been coming to their office for years. The staff has been excellent with my children ever since they were old enough to start with cleanings. I even got my husband to switch to their office. Nothing but the best!

Dr. Shevlin and her assistant were so reassuring and kind and helpful and gentle on a day that was really traumatic for me: my tooth was accidentally knocked out when I fell and I came into the office never having been to the practice, not knowing anyone, how bad my tooth was damaged, and was crying and hysterical. They both were really calm, and worked me into a day that was most likely very full already without an emergency situation hysterical woman with a busted tooth. They were sweet, confident, and professional. I can’t thank them enough, and will be back because I trust them even in a very scary situation. Thank you so much!

Dr. Hebeka is the only dentist I will see, he is very patient and has never put me in any pain or discomfort, all the work he has done has stayed put and not caused me any pain

This place is high Class! The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to make you relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Ryan is the best dentist I have ever been to and recommend him highly. Dr. Hebeka is great! And so is the entire office staff! After my long-ago dentists sold their practice and left town, I searched for years before I found Dr. Hebeka. But, he was up to the “challenge” of long-neglected teeth and now has everything in good shape.

One thing I really like is that Dr. Hebeka knows what *should be* and isn’t satisfied until he gets the job done properly. This isn’t just my opinion, though. Once, when Dr. Hebeka was on vacation, a permanent crown came in from the lab for me and one of his colleagues tried to replace the temporary one. The permanent one apparently didn’t fit quite right (although it felt fine to me) and the older dentist asked, “Do you mind coming back when Dr. Hebeka returns? I can just hear what he’s going to say when he sees this. He’s going to want it fixed. ” I waited, and later found out Dr. Hebeka had insisted that the lab completely replace the slightly-imperfect crown, not just fix it. I really appreciate that kind of attention to detail!

Another thing I appreciate is that there doesn’t seem to be a lot of turn-over among the staff. I’ve been seeing the same hygienists, assistants and clerical personnel for years. And, every one of them is unfailingly pleasant. They are also all well-trained or have excellent memories—they all seem to remember me at each visit!
