Doctors' Urgent Care Office, Middletown OH

Simply the fastest, most professional staff in Cincinnati! This will be the only urgent care center I use.

I visited doctors urgent care in Franklin today. Makenzie and Dr. Wall were very professional and efficient. The office was extremely clean. All precautions were taken for safety. I felt very comfortable during these troubling times. I highly recommend them!

Did not wait long at all. Nurses and dr were very kind and accommodating. They were even able to sell me my prescription right there! I was in and out with meds in 30 minutes. I am new to this area so I am thrilled to find this awesome Urgent Care!

We came in today 3/2/20 bc my son needed stitches. All the nurses were wonderful. They had is in and out in 30 mins. Dr did great stitching my son u. Thank you for all your work.

They are quick and very efficient. They are excellent especially Dr. Walls. Everyone their is excellent.

I’ve been here twice and their service has been great both times! Pleasant staff, minimal wait times, awesome doctor. They’re open until 10pm, which was a huge help when my ear infection was in full force at 8pm and all other places were closed. I drive past an urgent care right by my house to come to this one. I won’t go anywhere else!

Went to be seen for sinus infection. They called me back before I filled out the paperwork. In and out in about 45 minutes. Very courteous and friendly. Staff is very thorough. Definitely suggest this location.

Great service. Friendly, no wait time to see the doctor. The doctor took his time and talked with me about my medical condition. I didnt feel rushed or just another patient to him. I'll definitely be back.

I came here with nausea and an upset stomach. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and speedy. I felt like I got a thorough exam and they answered all my questions.

They're always professional when I come in and listen to my problems. I've never had an issue with any staff and consistently bring my family here when we are sick. Conza takes care of us often and is a blessing. This place is much easier to be treated than my PCP.

Dr. Wall is the best doctor I've ever had in 14 years. I've yet to find a PCP I like since moving to Middletown, so I go here for illnesses. Also, my kids doctor is in Cincy and I take them here for urgent matters. I also love Tina L. Awesome staff, and usually very quick. -Anna D

While I wasn’t expecting to have a pleasant visit at 8: 45 at night, I surprisingly did. The Doctor and Nurses on duty were very nice and funny to make the visit as bearable as one can be while you’re ill. Very clean environment and surprisingly quick service.

I had an excellent experience at this facility a couple weeks ago. Dr. Wahl and his nurses were kind and compassionate. He was very thorough and took my injury seriously. He provided instant relief from the pain using a trigger point injection and an anti-inflammatory injection. He sent me home with a sling and two other non-narcotic medications that helped tremendously. After the visit we chatted like old time friends. It was great experience and I thank everyone there that day!

I love this urgent care, been here three times for my children and always was seen very quickly and treated effectively and with care. My son had an asthma attack and was prescribed a nebulizer to take home as well as treated on site with a breathing treatment and steroids, same thing children’s hospital would have done. Definately reccomend.

The staff had amazing manners and made me feel welcomed. The whole team was knowledgeable, kind and patient with every question/need. My wait time was minimal and I was not rushed.
