9I love the ladies there! They took great care of my dog, she looks lovely! Doggy do was recommended to me by a coworker and I am so happy I called them! The ladies are so great with my dog and very very nice! I am definitely going back! They helped me and my dog feel very comfortable! Could not be happier to finally find a great groomer for my dog! I dropped my dog off on a Friday morning. They had him for 8 hours, I called them around after 7 hours. They said they had to bath him again. Fine, whatever. However when I got him back they didn’t give him much of a haircut which I blame on the consultation process. Then a couple days later I noticed a dark spot on my dogs haunches. I investigated and it’s a healing wound. They must’ve nicked him while shaving up his legs but I wasn’t told at all about this.
Apart from this experience the place doesn’t seem cleaned often and the crates are hodge podge carriers. So I’m never going back and I hope if they do injure someone’s pet next time they’ll at the very least alert the owner.
