Dogs in Suds LLC, Chardon OH

When I called to make appointment I was quoted a price (after answering questions about my girlie) Dropped her off they said she would be ready in about 1 -1 1/2.hr OK. When We returned to get her she was injured with bleeding from her nose/ mouth, groomer said she must have SPUN around in the tub, for a moment they said the had the bleeding stopped But she was bleeding when we picked her up. She is a small Shepard alittle hard to be spinning in the tubs. Asked for a receipt as we were concerned and going to the vet. 1 we were changed more than quoted, 2 all the receipt said was 1hr, I wasn't paying for a dog sitter 3, I've seen better jobs on nail trimming. Our girlie was injured not much concern or explanation for how poorly
she was handeled Not to mentioned the blood all over my fabric car seats. I WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. It would have been thoughtful to get a call the next day or so to see how she is. Nope

My dog looked great! He's a really big dog, and a little bit naughty. I was hesitant. However, they did a great job and I will be back.

Groomer is very rude and arrogant. She should be more compassionate or empathy.
In the past, I gave everyone a tip ($20 per pup). I told the "new" owner about the groomer's negative. She asked if I was going to give a tip and I said no. Rookie mistake.learning lesson for the new owner.

Fyi. I had a stroke and aphasia (difficult to communicate).

They do a great job accommodating my stubborn Saint Bernard. She always comes home happy and the groomers all do an amazing job no matter who is grooming her. You can truly tell they care about the dogs and their customers.

Friendly staff and quick work. Hoping they open up the self serve stations again soon
