Dollar General, Cleveland OH

Found everything I needed just like back home. They all had on masks and the PA messagw reminded people to wear them and practice social distancing. It was a good experience.

They are under new management and the new management suck. They are always under stock and out of stuff.

Great employees, great customer service. Very polite. Very knowledgeable of the store and the products that they have and don't have.

Stuff everywhere, it's overwhelming looking for an items in the store. Looks like a thrift shop with everything threw everywhere in the store

The service was terrible tonight the manager there and the Assist manager had their daughter work in there which was pregnant and they Head Badd attitudes I come out of the store talking to the patrolmen the manager Asian woman steps out of his door as adrian yelling did I say something about her the other manager came out with her and I'm walking awaywhile pass after speaking to the patrol officer cause they steal out there trying to pick a fight with me so I put my hands out to avoid the the manager in my face she grabs my arm it was Sad customer service this been going on for a long time with those same manager I am going to let that Headquarters know I should have made the police report when they did come up there that she Toldme not to come back into store Icause no disturbment

Because I was able to find alot of things that I need plus some that I didn't but the prices was right the only problem for me was the digital coupons is new to me so I feel like I should have gotten an discount on my purchases too

I like this Dollar General a lot these workers are very friendly and kind and courteous It's relatively close to my house and I haven't had many issues there

This is my favorite Dollar Store. I'm a regular customer, shopping here at least two or more times a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm normally created by the cashier that's working when I walk in the door. They have a great selection of product's including a freezer section of food. They carry many well known name brands of products that you would be surprised they carry because everything in this store is ONLY $1! This is a great place to be able to run in and grab just a few things if your short on time or don't have much $$. Happy Shopping!

Items are scattered and disorganized, store space is small and cramped. Not easy to see prices on certain merchandise

Its alright. It has what you'd expect it to have as a dollar General. Most of the time i suppose

They two expensive their dollar product are weak in cleaning power they greet you come in but the boxes always in the way the place to buy Diapers and pull up 2 for 16.00 or 2 12.00

This location, to be frank, sucks. The manager is rude, and clearly doesn't want tp be there. The wait time in line can take up to 20 mins, while meanwhile other associates stock shelves. The odd thing is, although someone is stocking constantly it seems, the shelves are never actually stocked. Worth it to go to the Miles location if you can over this.

They store was really clean the cashier had excellent customer service skills and the prices are affordable. Thats the type of service i really appreciate when i go some where to spend money. The store was kind of busy and she cleared the line quickly.

My go to store but only for some deals.not always quick but appreciate there effort to get it right.some clutter.

That store was NASTY, THE Isles were crowded with boxes, things were all over the floor, some isles you couldn't walk down because things were thrown everywhere. I've complained about the store called the general manager the general manager doesn't care, they need to do a clean sweep through the whole store, starting with dismissing people that do not want to work there, that place was trash, it was totally unacceptable. Poor representation of Dollar General.
