Dollar General, Barberton OH

Place was horrible. Couldn't shop cause you couldn't get to anything.aisles where blocked carts lining aisles. Disaster

The workers were polite that's why 2 stars and not one this store is always a mess isles are always blocked up with stock and empty boxes and their is trash all over.

The location was convenient for a quick stop. The store lacked any clear area from front to back there were boxes that needed shelved. The Coke delivery driver had a Mess to get past just to deliver the order. With that said, the employees were kind. But Not my favorite Dollar General!

This dollar general was such a mess! Trash in the parking lot then the store was filthy full of unstocked merchandise boxes everywhere! I don't recommend this dollar general at all!

I love DG they are always having sales on top of there already low prices. Its convenient and they usually always have what I need

Dollar General used to be my go to place to purchase my hygiene and daily household items, however, I will never again patronize this establishment ever again. Hopefully, you will not either.

I needed razors. I only use one specific type that very few retailers keep stocked. D. G.happens to carry my brand so my friend and I busted out our lists and was ready to drop some dollars. We are approaching the checkout line when two Barberton Police Officers ask us to step outside they needed to speak with us. Initially, we thought a family memeber may have been injured, suprisingly we were informed that we was shoplifting. We complied with the search and the officers went inside to inform them we did not have any D. G.merchandise. Regardless, D. G.said we are no longer permitted in their store.

Dollar General falsely accused us of theft and instead of an apology we got the boot.

Great selection of merchandise. This particular store always has boxes on carts all over the store (inventory) which makes it difficult to get through the isles. It never looks "clean" due to all the mess and clutter. Nice employees though.

It's generally gross, and the products are equally gross. But it's a Dollar General what did you expect?

To many stock carts and boxes everywhere, can barely walk down aisles, not safe for children or elderly

Reasonable prices for the merchandise. The store feels chlosterphobic and unwelcoming inside. Know your prices if you want cheaper goods though.

Terrible location. Employees are basically repellent as opposed to helpful. Aisles are ALWAYS full of unstocked items, seemingly placed to be in shoppers way deliberately.

I love the workers there. I go there to chat n laugh with there. They all r nice people m freindly.

No one at this store acts like they want be there. I was the only person in line, but it took about ten minutes to cash out because the cashier was in the back and, I guess couldn't hear the bell. They still had everything a Dollar General is supposed to have and the clearance isle was more organized here than most other DG. It would have been a more pleasant experience if the casheir had been just a little less annoyed to cash me out.

Cheap, clean nice people but only one big problem they do have is that there not very fast at checking people out an tend to let the lines get built up. But other than that it's nice.

Staff seems really friendly, but the lines are always so long and I tried to avoid this Dollar general out of all of them. It always seems like there's only one register open, and not enough people to open the second one to make the lines go down.

Staff constantly changing. New manager is fantastic tho. Store is cleaner and more organized than have seen it I years

This dollar general is always stocked and the store is clean for the most part. There have been times when i go in and there is a mess. However that's when they are stocking shelves and dont have enough employees to help in the store

Barberton Dollar General great place to save money. Their store manager is a wonderful woman named Jessica and she will help you with any questions you have in the store

We live closely, so we end up stopping here frequently. It is usually very organized and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

First off do not go here if you're in a hurry. Everytime I've ever been here I've had to wait in line for atleast 5 minutes or longer. Part of that might be because they're understaffed but it's still frustrating. I prefer to get in and out of stores as quickly as possible, but that simply isn't going to happen here. The store is way to small for the amount of people that shop there, which can get frustrating too. Also for what ever reason it usually smells really bad in there like to the point to where you feel like you might throw up from it. On the plus side the staff is usually pretty friendly and it's decently stocked. It's not my favorite place to shop but it's ok if you have alot of time to spare and you can deal with the smell. I will still shop here, but there is definitely alot of room for improvement in this store.
