I love this store, all employees are so helpful and kind. I want to thank all of them especially the Manager Renei.

Trash. Never stocked, very rude. Have terrible attitudes when you ask them a question. Place smells like an ash tray, cause every employee smokes outside the front entrance. Very surprise that place is still open.

The also are not updated on items. There still very old school as it applies to certain things. And the older items are very expensive. I wouldn't trust there food items, I've watch some employees not use the FIFO (first in, first out) method.

I have purchase old items and didn't bother bringing them back. Items are missed labelled and the employees are not will to check prices for you.
Go to another dollar store if possible

I don't know why they don't buy bigger stores every time you go in there the stuff and I always very disorganized

Yes overall good items& prices, I shop at this store 4 to 5 times a week, I just want to say that I enjoy going to this store because of the employees that work so hard& service that they give to customers, especially Debbie that's always good with me I'll spend from $ 10.00 to 80.00 at this store& always get good service. I just want to say "Thank You" for what all that these mgrs& employees do to keep me coming back.

Had most of the items I needed. Always find bargains. Found summer clothes and sandals for great nephews without breaking the bank. Friendly employees but always in a rush to stock the shelves.

I found exactly what I needed but was made to wait while the two clerks talked and stock self and cleared out boxes.

Good Service. Love The Location And The Setup. Everything Is Easier To Locate And I Have No Complaints~

Convenient place to pick up items that you need in a hurry or do not want to spend a large amount of time shopping. Pricing was also advantageous to someone looking to save some dollars on their shopping bill

My favorite store. Is Willowick. Others seem too cramped and seem unorganized including 185 Cleveland & Lakeshore Euclid

Good items, inexpensive. They always have good deals going on. 4 6pk bottles of Pepsi, 4 for $10. Sale ends today I believe

They followed only me, "the black woman" around the store while I shopped I spent 30 dollars there and that's how I get treated. Poor customer service very rude ppl.

Very unorganized staff was unhelpful they don't even acknowledge you when you come in and it is hard to tell who works there because there was no set dress code nor name tags.
