Dollar General, Lakewood OH

The crew here is awesome, super helpful and friendly! The store also has competitive prices, lots of things you can find cheaper here than other local stores, same brands and all.

Very clean, organized and stocked. Found everything I was looking for plus a few items just because.

Went in for items from their ad. Unfortunately they were out of stock and the cashier didn't know what rainchecks were so apparently they don't offer them

The young lady working this past Sunday morning was exceptionally kind and very pleasant to all customers with greetings everyone that walked in and also was working hard Stocking shelves in between working at the counter. The store is like you have such good quality employee.

However they discontinued Roast Beef.
Is it because the company is on a vast decline or is it because they decided to stop serving pork to suit ones religious belief?

It's a clean store organized very differently than any DG stores I go to. Cashier was fast and friendly.

Great deals! This is one of the better Dollar Generals. They always have everything stocked and there are never boxes out everywhere. The staff are all friendly:)

It's a great store when on a budget and if ur looking for like a dish strainer u can find it for 5-6$

This is just my store for all my odds and end cleaning and bathroom stuff! I still get good deals, always acknowledged when I walk in and the workers are super friendly!

This is a very big store with a lot of things in it and they have basically everything you need

Not the cleanest of places, prices are a little higher than Dollar tree and a very small section of medications. Mostly cleaning supplies, etc.

The Dollar General in Lakewood across from Drug Mart is so clean and organized I love it it's a pleasure to shop at this store!

It's ok for a dollar store. It's neat and orderly. Too bad they had to permanently close the front door and remove the register, now you have to go in from the side.

Can't go wrong with Dollar General. My go-to store for cheap snacks, soda, pet care, home supplies, decor, health/beauty supplies, and seasonal items. Friendly and personable staff, and the store is usually kept clean and organized.

Dollar general are all the same. You join their digital coupon group so they can bombard you with emails, then when you actually try to use the digital coupons they never work!

Clean store, friendly workers, well stocked. A little slow at the checkouts most times they are not at the register still 5 stars!

Manager rude and unhelpful. Very bad attitude towards paying customers. I would never recommend this location to any of my family or friends.

Convenient place for any random house item you need.

The only downside is the lines which can be mind-numbingly long and slow.

During day visit, store was dimly lit. Only one way in or out, front door is locked, I assume because they only seem to have 2 people working the whole store. Some products beyond or very close expiration date.

Not one of the nicer Dollar Generals out there. Staff doesn't seem to care that you're there and it's not that well taken care of.
