Dollar General, Willoughby OH

Very helpful and courteous staff. The store has pretty much everything from dairy products to lawn and garden supplies. The Willoughby store was atypical of what I’ve seen previously (similar discount stores) as far as customer service and insuring you found everything you needed. Well done.

Whoever was working the register this morning was unacceptable in the way she treated us, we went in to try to buy some drinks and a lighter, guess you need id for a lighter which we forgot no big deal we still wanted to buy drinks and then she took our drinks (which where already in a bag) away and refused to sell to us and told us off. Unbelievable, not the first horrible encounter I've had with this lady either multiple times she has been nothing but rude. She does not need to be working in customer service.

Love this place! A perfect park for kids and adults. Its near the lake, theres plenty of picnic tables, lots of grass and a small but nice playground!

Dirty and did not keep to the covid process. They were spraying their carts with lysol only the handle.

Very crowded, messy aisles and little space dedicated to checkout line did not allow for social distancing which was especially disturbing as there were a number of obnoxious young gentlemen shopping who not wearing their masks and/or not wearing them properly. Cashier was somewhat friendly.

Difficult to find items; signs are not easily visible. Usually have what I'm looking for in a pinch.

Great place to stop for quick items you need for dinner. Great prices. Cards and decorative items.

I like this Dollar General, they seem to have some named brand and other brands with good quality.

Cool clean place. Male cashier with glasses could have a diff attitude but then that cud just be who he is.all in all well stocked organized and clean. Carts are totally sanitized immediately.

Just LOVE DG! LATELY.with the COVID going its sometimes hard to get what u need. They're every where! If I can't get it in one. I'll go to another! EUCLID & Cleveland OHIO DGs.very small isles.cramped and not as clean as ones in lake county?

Love there is a Dollar store brand baby food that is made in the USA! And it's cheaper than Gerber or Beech Nut.

Kind helpful staff. Shelves stocked and orderly. Building is compact with a little bit of everything. Not a one stop shop but a pleasure to browse.

I've become a big fan of Dollar General over the years. It's convenient for a great deal of quick pickup items and somewhat for grocery shopping. I do wish their food selection was a bit healthier though.

I actually love dollar general. Prices are reasonable. However, I always spend more than I anticipated. Also, I wish the $5 of coupon was honored throughout the entire week not just on Saturdays.
