Dollar General, Willard OH

This place is sadly a nightmare. I try to never go there because aisles are always blocked with more things than one can stock. They never greet you. They never ask if you need assistance. If you need assistance there is no one to help or assist you. They don't ask you at check out if you found everything find everything or anything for that matter they say nothing unless you need to speak to them. It doesn't matter what you have at the check out the whole process for anyone takes forever for reasons I don't understand. Many times my spouse && I have left our items and walked out. Or sometimes you go to stop there for a few items and the whole store is closed for whatever reason they have that day. Or you go there is a sign on the door stating cash only or cash only as well as exact change. I am not bashing the company or employees I just feel there needs to be so much training as well as help to get where they need to be to be convenient to customers. There needs to be alot of improvement here to get the store where it needs to be for the customers because honestly outside of everything I stated alot of times the store is just hazardous to try to shop in. It resembles hoarders.

They always have what i am looking for and i can't find it, Emily the cashier is the nicest person in the world and willing to help out. That store is always my 1st stop because i know I'll find what im looking for and het greeted with a gorgeous and friendly smile by Emily the cashier. Ur the best guys!

Went and bought a jug of milo’s tea yesterday and come to find today that it’s over a month expired

Extremely slow nobody but one person in there knows what their doing manager was extremely rude and mouthy place needs a makeover extremely messy uncoordinated etc. Manager told my son to and I quote watch out dude your gonna back into somebody wow when pulling the cart backwards out of an aisle to go into another one.they should have all the employees in Willard go to the store in Plymouth Ohio and learn a few things I'm doing all my shopping over there for now on

Best Dollar General/ store around! Used to work here, and I try to give new Employees some very helpful advice to help them succeed in retail.

Before you even walk in the store all you see is racks with clothes and winter gear outside on the sidewalk. Racks were overcrowded and looked as if they were just tossed on there and never organized again.

I like the cleanliness of the store,
Just not the fact that it doesn't sell clothing any longer.

I don't know why this dollar general is so ghetto.always dirty.clothes laying all over the isle.always a mess.this store needs better management.they could learn a thing or too from monroeville dollar general!

This place is a joke talk about a ghetto store I'm afraid I might catch something going into this place stinks and not clean at all, needs better management, too much stuff all over what a mess into one little area, wait till somebody falls and gets hurt not a very good place for seniors or elderly they don't seem to wanna help you either terrible little kids at the cash register. Stay away from this place I know I won't ever be coming back and I'm going to spread the word to you do the same.

Employees refuse to wear masks. Mike Dewine said all businesses employees must wear masks.the customers need to as well.but this isn't happening either.listen to what is mandated.

The Dollar General here in Willard is great very clean and there's a lady named Anna that works there who's very courteous and kind

The limited staff that is there has always been friendly but the store is a total disaster. Most of the time you have to navigate the place like a maze because of all the uboats blocking aisles. The line can be quite long sometimes as well. The selection is good and they always have plenty of product. If only they could get it out of the way

This store is always dirty and disorganized. Aisles, which are already quite narrow, are frequently blocked. I only patronize it as a last resort.

Always love dollar general! They are one of the only places to get bones for my dog that he loves!

The aisles are hard to navigate as they are full of product waiting to be put on the shelves. There is usually a long line at the cash register because there is only one cashier. They need to have more staff.
