Dollar General Distribution Center, Zanesville OH

Dollar General itself is not that bad if they're lumper service which is Capstone Freight Handlers they are the worst bunch of people in the world. They take pretty much all day long to unload just a few skids and they keep you here all day and they don't care and when you asked about it they just Shrugged their shoulders and say that's how long it took. I seriously cannot stand dealing with Capstone Freight Handlers because they are a bunch of uneducated ilL skilled people. If you go up on the dock and you see there people walking around you can tell that the only thing they have on their mind as when they get to take their next break so they can go get high

Horrible place, been here 2 hours before my appointment time and still here with no dock 6 hours later,

Slow slow slow. I arrived early and still here hours after my appt time. Then I have to pay a ridiculous amount for lumper. Why should I have to sit here while they break down every pallet. I have somewhere else to be. Avoid if you can. Not worth the money it paid

Live unloads take forever! Be warned they use you as a storage bin. Untill their count is right they do NOT release you.

Good place for delivery. I been here over 8 times and never had a bad experience. They also have over night space.

Sllowww unloading. Then another 45 minutes to get paperwork back because they all go to lunch at same time. Only DG D. C.that i go to that does this, and only DC that i dread going to.

They aveh parking space outside the facility for overnight drivers, unloading time is reasonable "less than 2 hours" great customer service at the receiving office.

DON'T deliver here! 6 HOURS to get unloaded and 1.5 hours to get paperwork! Completely unacceptable! I will NEVER deliver to this facility again!

Very nice Warehouse delivery I was there all of 45 minutes great people great place I'm glad I'm pulling the van now instead of a flatbed thank you. Lord you Dollar General

I am a trucker got here at 4: 30 it’s currently 9: 15 and am still waiting to be unloaded, the security has been very very rude when i called them and the receiving desk has also been very rude to me! This is absolutely crazy! So unprofessional!

Great company, fast service, over night parking available. You will have lumper fee at the delivery and it does take them a minute to finish the paperwork, but overall not a bad experience here.

I need a job or place to work Dollar generals usually hiring so is Hogan trucking at which Hall Dollar general and so is u.s. Xpress when they load their trailers they don't know the meaning of safety though that's the only bad part about them

I can say This is the best DC Ever I checked in 2H early They give me Right away Door Bythe time my Opp. Time is I was empty Imagine! Remember they have Overnight Parking Lot

Unfortunately the DG DCs have always exceeded my expectations with early deliveries accross the country. Not happening here.now I'll be late for my next DG pickup.

Check in 30 min before appointment. Not problem at all. Once you docked in, you’ll be out shortly. Lumper fee. Great people. Overnight parking inbound only. They have some spots. Once you be unloaded, you have to go out.

Detour is marked due to road closure, but easy to follow signs for delivery. Very nice, people are extra friendly & patient. Procedures are upheld very well. Unloaded in just 30 mins after checking in at dock.

Road closure into and out of the facility, the detour is clearly marked though. Gate folks are easy to get along with. I have four stars because the facility is huge meaning 1/2mi drove to the gate and a 1/2mi walk back to the shipping and receiving office down a super highway of fork lifts. Very efficient place with quick unload. That walk though.dangerous!

Right lane is only for dollar general trucks.they have overnight parking if u get there early.nowhere else to park in this town.there are signs for the facility like 2 miles before you get there.one rest area 30 miles if u coming from west.they are quick unloading in my experience (dry)
