Dollar Tree, Shaker Heights OH

Everything was easy to find the staff was friendly and helpful no long lines to wait in i was in and out within minutes

It just depends. In the past very disorganized. But lately the staff is VERY hardworking and helpful!

This was the first time I'd been in a dollar tree store in a while. Was impressed with the cleanliness, tidyness and the store being fully stocked. Will be going back soon!

What has happened to this store? I was so disappointed to see the sorry state and condition of this store today. If this is new management, go back to the way it was before! The aisles were cluttered and items strewn everywhere! I won’t be back anytime soon. I traveled to this one bypassing several other dollar stores just to shop here. Clean up this store!

Good and neat store. Only problem at time is only 1 cashier which is trend among many types of stores. Horrible how companies don't really care about is customers in this way.

We went to Dollar Tree today at Shaker Heights Dollar Tree there is a black female manager with a Short afro she is very nasty and when you ask a question she's very short with you why is she at Dollar Tree in Shaker we would not be going back did I store anytime soon and we are going to put this on the internet about her attitude and no custom need to be treated like that in our community

This was the worst experience i ever had at the dollar store the customer service was awful and the manager had a really bad additude

They had almost everything I needed at one time in the store. Didn't have to ask where stuff was. It was easy to find and I will be back.

They must be short of staff. Only one cashier, long line, lots of empty shelves, and boxes blocking aisles.

There is Absolutely NOTHING On the shelves. I'm so Shocked And Disappointed. None of the Dollar Trees have items like they use to.

Where are the products!

I’ve never been so disrespected by a store employee. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with “we close in 8 minutes” and before we had the chance to say anything, the lady yells it even louder. At 8: 55 they made an announcement saying that the store is closed and everyone needs to go to the checkout. Well while my boyfriend was in line I went to go wait by the exit. I started looking at the products by the exit, and the lady literally yells at me and tells me “we’re closed you need to go to the checkout. ” Ive never felt so uncomfortable in a dollar tree. Who hires these people lol

Extremely rude customer service. Came here to spend $100 or so after literally going to another location and being met with rude service and them not opening on time.

You definitely can be nicer when letting patrons know the first hour is for seniors. I wasn’t aware- that does not mean you need to be rude

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dollar store. The manager “Steve” I believe was very rude and racist towards my children. We came in the store, he followed my children around stating one was stealing, all because she had an iPhone screen glass in her back pocket (mind you, I’m sure he seen this when she walked in) I politely told him I just gave it to her earlier today, I purchased them weeks ago at another dollar tree. I even showed him the one I had in my purse and tried to show him the receipt. He insisted I was lying and told me “people like you steal all the time” bringing my race up. He then said he was refusing my service and I couldn’t purchase anything. Such an insult to be treated like this at a DOLLAR STORE in shaker heights. I’ve never stole anything in my life and my children have never stole. If I could give this store 1 star, I would.
